本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电可降解面料,所述面料包括依次复合的底层、中间层、上层;所述底层由导电纤维、竹炭纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:1比例混纺而成;所述中间层为聚酯纤维纺织而成;所述上层为抗静电聚氨酯膜层;所述底层和上层表面喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物。本发明面料采用导电纤维赋予面料良好的抗静电功能,抗静电涂层进一步加强了面料的抗静电效果,中间层由聚酯纤维纺织而成,中间层具有很好的降解性能,在土壤腐殖菌的腐蚀下1‑2年就可以降解。

本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电可降解面料。
背景技术:
随着人们生活水平逐渐升高,对于穿着质量的要求也就越高,不只要求舒适,还需兼具多功能,依据不同的生活型态,所穿着衣服的功能也不同,举凡登山时,因应环境的低温、多雨及高山暴露的紫外线,则所穿着的服装则须具备保温、防水及抗紫外线等功能;当进行户外运动时,则需要轻巧、吸湿排汗、速干及透气等功能的面料,而传统运用于运动系列的针织面料大都采用普通的圆形截面涤纶低弹丝原料,采用原始的染色后制作工艺,水洗浮色较多和耐光照牢度差,经长期户外运动着装后颜色变得萎暗,手感变硬且吸湿导汗性能差,穿着闷热不透气,舒适感差;即使一般人未进行任何活动的情况下,仍要求所穿着的服装须具备高质量的质量,另外,随着周遭环境污染日益严重,文明病也相继出现,例如太粗糙的衣服面料会导致一部分人皮肤产生过敏,或者是对外在环境容易产生过敏的体质,导致现代人对于抗菌的观念也逐渐重视,以往只有医护人员所需的抗菌衣及抗菌器具,也逐渐被应用在日常生活的用品。
人体活动时,皮肤与衣服之间以及衣服与衣服之间互相摩擦,便会产生静电。随着家用电器增多以及冬天人们多穿化纤衣服,家用电器所产生的静电荷会被人体吸收并积存起来,加之居室内墙壁和地板多属绝缘体,空气干燥,因此更容易受到静电干扰。而织物的抗静电性也尤为重要,尤其在特殊场合,织物产生的静电往往会产生致命的危害,因此,对织物的抗静电性的研究也显得尤为重要。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷,提供一种抗静电可降解面料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种抗静电可降解面料,所述面料包括依次复合的底层、中间层、上层;
所述底层由导电纤维、竹炭纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:1比例混纺而成;
所述中间层为聚酯纤维纺织而成,所述阻燃纤维由以下重量份原料制成:聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯44份、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物24份、聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐6份、玻璃纤维14份、明胶2份、大豆蛋白纤维6.5份、马来酸酐47份、气相白炭黑9份、柠檬酸三丁酯1.3份、醋酸纤维素5.2份、全氯环戊癸烷0.6份,将所有原料混合加热成熔融状态,然后从喷丝板中挤出聚酯纤维;
所述上层为抗静电聚氨酯膜层;
所述底层和上层表面喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物。
更进一步地,所述抗静电聚氨酯膜层是由纳米级锡/聚苯胺复合材料均匀分布于聚氨酯膜层构成。
更进一步地,所述抗静电聚氨酯膜层表面涂覆抗静电涂层。
更进一步地,所述抗静电涂层采用纳米级导电炭黑颗粒。
更进一步地,所述抗静电整理剂组合物是在压力为0.06MPa压力下进行喷洒的。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明面料采用导电纤维赋予面料良好的抗静电功能,抗静电涂层进一步加强了面料的抗静电效果,中间层由聚酯纤维纺织而成,中间层具有很好的降解性能,在土壤腐殖菌的腐蚀下1-2年就可以降解。

底层1由导电纤维、竹炭纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:1比例混纺而成;
中间层2为聚酯纤维纺织而成,阻燃纤维由以下重量份原料制成:聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯44份、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物24份、聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐6份、玻璃纤维14份、明胶2份、大豆蛋白纤维6.5份、马来酸酐47份、气相白炭黑9份、柠檬酸三丁酯1.3份、醋酸纤维素5.2份、全氯环戊癸烷0.6份,将所有原料混合加热成熔融状态,然后从喷丝板中挤出聚酯纤维;
上层3为抗静电聚氨酯膜层;
底层1和上层3表面喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物。
底层1、中间层2、上层3通过黏胶4复合在一起。
抗静电聚氨酯膜层是由纳米级锡/聚苯胺复合材料均匀分布于聚氨酯膜层构成。

上层3为抗静电聚氨酯膜层;

抗静电聚氨酯膜层是由纳米级锡/聚苯胺复合材料均匀分布于聚氨酯膜层构成。

抗静电整理剂组合物喷洒方法:
(1)将面料放入80~100℃的石灰水中浸泡3~5小时,然后再使用50~60℃的含有30%乙醚的甲醇溶液浸泡1~2小时;
(2)将面料取出后间歇向面料表面喷洒醋酸溶液,每次喷洒时间为10秒,醋酸溶液浓度为4.2%;
(3)将面料用纯化水洗净,然后在压力为0.06MPa压力下进行喷洒抗静电整理剂组合物。该压力下喷洒能避免药性散失。
抗静电整理剂组合物由以下重量份原料制成:氨基磺酸胺6份、水杨酸甲酯2.6份、苯甲酸钠6份、海藻酸4.2份、季戊四醇1.5份、甲基纤维素4.6份、大豆肽2.2份、磷酸铵6.5份、十二烷基磺酸钠2.1份、二溴新戊二醇2.1、水220份。
试验
对实施例1至3所得面料进行检测,并与中国发明专利申请公布号:CN103710789A,申请公布日:2014.04.09的实施例1进行比较,结果如下:
可见,本发明面料抗静电性能明显优于现有的抗静电面料。

所述中间层为聚酯纤维纺织而成,所述阻燃纤维由以下重量份原料制成:聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯44份、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物24份、聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐6份、玻璃纤维14份、明胶2份、大豆蛋白纤维6.5份、马来酸酐47份、气相白炭黑9份、柠檬酸三丁酯1.3份、醋酸纤维素5.2份、全氯环戊癸烷0.6份,将所有原料混合加热成熔融状态,然后从喷丝板中挤出聚酯纤维;
所述上层为抗静电聚氨酯膜层;
所述底层和上层表面喷洒有抗静电整理剂组合物。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电可降解面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电涂层采用纳米级导电炭黑颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电可降解面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电整理剂组合物是在压力为0.06MPa压力下进行喷洒的。
