为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种牛奶绒面料的染色方法,包括以下具体步骤:
a、配制织物染料:在常温条件下,先将匀染剂放入染缸中,然后将第一组分散染料加入染缸中,搅拌均匀,紧接着加入第二组分散染料,待搅拌均匀后再加入去油剂和促染剂,得到织物染料;
b、蒸压升温:将得到的织物染料放进蒸压釜加压,加热到100-130°;
c、浸染清洗:将牛奶绒面料放入升温后的织物染料中循环运转保温25-35min,然后降温至80℃,再加入清洗剂进行还原处理同时持续加入清水,清洗时间为30min以上;
d、上柔:取出清洗后的牛奶绒面料,将出缸后牛奶绒面料在绳状机中进行上柔处理,同时加入柔软剂和抗静电剂;
e、脱水:将上柔后的面料放入脱水机内脱水20-30min;
f、 烘干:将脱水处理后的牛奶绒面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度为170-180℃,烘干时间为15-20min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的均染剂包括非离子表面活性剂15-25份、山梨醇12-18份,丙三醇20-40份、乙酸乙酯8-12份和无机盐3-5份。

a、配制织物染料:在常温条件下,先将匀染剂放入染缸中,然后将第一组分散染料加入染缸中,搅拌均匀,紧接着加入第二组分散染料,待搅拌均匀后再加入去油剂和促染剂,得到织物染料;
b、蒸压升温:将得到的织物染料放进蒸压釜加压,加热到100-130°;
c、浸染清洗:将牛奶绒面料放入升温后的织物染料中循环运转保温25-35min,然后降温至80℃,再加入清洗剂进行还原处理同时持续加入清水,清洗时间为30min以上;
d、上柔:取出清洗后的牛奶绒面料,将出缸后牛奶绒面料在绳状机中进行上柔处理,同时加入柔软剂和抗静电剂;
e、脱水:将上柔后的面料放入脱水机内脱水20-30min;
f、 烘干:将脱水处理后的牛奶绒面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度为170-180℃,烘干时间为15-20min。

实施例1:
在常温条件下,先将匀染剂(非离子表面活性剂22份、山梨醇18份,丙三醇35份、乙酸乙酯12份和无机盐5份)放入染缸中,可以有效防止色花和色点,然后将第一组分散染料加入染缸中,搅拌均匀,紧接着加入第二组分散染料,待搅拌均匀后再加入去油剂(柠檬酸18份、聚乙烯酸9份、乙二醇18份和松油3份)和促染剂,得到织物染料,通过去油剂可以去掉牛奶面料前处理后存留的油剂,通过促染剂从而起到加强上色率和调节PH值的作用。
将得到的织物染料放进蒸压釜加压,加热到120°;将牛奶绒面料放入升温后的织物染料中循环运转保温35min,然后降温至80℃,再加入清洗剂进行还原处理同时持续加入清水,清洗时间为30min以上;通过清洗剂和同时持续加入清水达到对牛奶绒面料进行二次清洗的效果,清洗时间半小时以上从而确保牛奶绒面料的洁净为后面的上柔打好良好的基础。
取出清洗后的牛奶绒面料,将出缸后牛奶绒面料在绳状机中进行上柔处理,同时加入柔软剂和抗静电剂(丙二醇23份,乙醇10份、水杨酸甲酯3.5份、海藻酸4.5份和大豆肽2.1份);将上柔后的面料放入脱水机内脱水30min;将脱水处理后的牛奶绒面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度为180℃,烘干时间为20min。
实施例2:
在常温条件下,先将匀染剂(非离子表面活性剂20份、山梨醇16份,丙三醇30份、乙酸乙酯10份和无机盐4份)放入染缸中,然后将第一组分散染料加入染缸中,搅拌均匀,紧接着加入第二组分散染料,待搅拌均匀后再加入去油剂(柠檬酸16份、聚乙烯酸12份、乙二醇15份和松油2份)和促染剂,得到织物染料,通过去油剂可以去掉牛奶面料前处理后存留的油剂,通过促染剂从而起到加强上色率和调节PH值的作用。
将得到的织物染料放进蒸压釜加压,加热到110°;将牛奶绒面料放入升温后的织物染料中循环运转保温30min,然后降温至80℃,再加入清洗剂进行还原处理同时持续加入清水,清洗时间为30min以上,通过清洗剂和同时持续加入清水达到对牛奶绒面料进行二次清洗的效果,清洗时间半小时以上从而确保牛奶绒面料的洁净为后面的上柔打好良好的基础。
取出清洗后的牛奶绒面料,将出缸后牛奶绒面料在绳状机中进行上柔处理,同时加入柔软剂和抗静电剂(丙二醇20份,乙醇8份、水杨酸甲酯2.5份、海藻酸5份和大豆肽1.8份);将上柔后的面料放入脱水机内脱水20min;将脱水处理后的牛奶绒面料进行烘干处理,烘干温度为175℃,烘干时间为15min。

本发明的牛奶绒面料的染色方法相较于现有技术,具有如下优点:
1、一次成功率可提高至99%,大大减少了回修率;

3、对于产品的物理测试大大提高,传统工艺于色牢度、摩擦牢度很难做到国际主流要求,该产品可一并解决,且不增加成本。
