Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,包括基布和粘胶层,所述的基布为三层级结构的无纺衬布,上层为PLA/PP复合纤维层,中层为形状记忆纤维层,下层为抗菌除湿层,所述的基布在PLA/PP复合纤维层的表面涂覆有粘胶层,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层由皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝构成,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维丝由PLA纤维皮层包覆PP纤维芯层复合而成,所述的形状记忆纤维层由木棉纤维丝构成,所述的抗菌除湿层由甲壳素纤维丝构成。本发明还提供了一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬的制备方法,采用可降解的纤维为无纺基布的制备纤维,环保性好,基布整体挺括,具有抗菌活性、吸湿性、免烫和稳定形态的效果。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及粘合衬的技术领域,特别涉及一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
现代服装讲求在穿着风格上体现舒适、柔软、轻盈和随意有弹性。粘合衬作为“服装的骨架”,是服装不可忽缺的辅料,粘合衬是一种涂有热熔胶的衬里,是布艺制作经常用到的辅料之一。粘合衬经过加温熨压附着在布料的背面,“以粘代缝”大大简化生产工艺,且适用面广,其与面料的合理配合,不仅能充分体现服装设计师的设计思想,而且能够达到良好的服用效果。
随着经济的迅速发展,人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对服装的要求也越来越高,不仅要求服装外观自然、穿着舒适,而且要求产品不需维护,如具有免烫、抗皱等性能,且大部分人工合成的高分子材料在自然界中难以降解,不可降解的高分子材料造成了对环境的白色污染,已成为环境新的污染源。为了提高粘合衬的环保性能,降低对环境的污染,同时使衬布具有免烫抗皱的效果,有必要提出一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬及其制备方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬及其制备方法,其旨在解决现有技术中粘合衬布的功能性较为单一,环境污染严重的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,包括基布和粘胶层,所述的基布为三层级结构的无纺衬布,上层为PLA/PP复合纤维层,中层为形状记忆纤维层,下层为抗菌除湿层,所述的基布在PLA/PP复合纤维层的表面涂覆有粘胶层,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层由皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝构成,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维丝由PLA纤维皮层包覆PP纤维芯层复合而成,所述的形状记忆纤维层由木棉纤维丝构成,所述的抗菌除湿层由甲壳素纤维丝构成。
作为优选,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层、形状记忆纤维层、抗菌除湿层依次复合连接。
作为优选,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层、形状记忆纤维层、抗菌除湿层均为薄型网状结构。
作为优选,所述的PP纤维芯层由数根聚丙烯纤维丝组成。
作为优选,所述的聚丙烯纤维丝的根数为1~3根。
一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)制备纤维丝:采用1~3组PP为芯组分,PLA作为皮组分,通过复合纺丝机纺丝制得皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝;选用天然木棉纤维制成木棉纤维丝;以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维丝,备用;
b)制备纤维网:分别将步骤a)中制得的皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝、木棉纤维丝、甲壳素纤维丝梳理成网,形成薄型网状结构的PLA/PP复合纤维层、木棉纤维网和抗菌除湿层;
c)纤维网整理:对步骤b)中制得的木棉纤维网进行液氨处理35~45min后充分水洗,然后进行树脂整理,得到具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆纤维层;
d)制备基布:将PLA/PP复合纤维层、形状记忆纤维层和抗菌除湿层依次铺叠,并通过水刺、热轧复合得到基布;
e)涂层前处理:将步骤d)中制得的基布在绳状、无张力的条件下进行退浆和精炼处理,去除基布上的油剂和浆料,温度为85~95℃,25~30min后充分水洗并干燥,然后在高温高压喷射染色机上进行染色处理,染色完成后在拉幅定型机上进行定型处理,同时通过真空吸水使基布处于非常低的带液状态,再在浸轧液中浸轧处理后烘干;
f)双点涂层:采用PA热熔胶为基础层,PES热熔胶为粘结层,在步骤e)处理后的基布的PLA/PP复合纤维层表面进行双点涂层,然后进行170~185℃,时间为5~8min的焙烘熔融,并冷却成型;
g)检验卷取:通过检验后,将质量合格的粘合衬产品进行卷取打包。
作为优选,所述的步骤a)中密封搅拌的时间为3~4天。
作为优选,所述的步骤e)中浸轧液由有机氟防水剂、有机硅柔软剂、抗静电剂及蒸馏水组成,所述的有机氟防水剂的浓度为10~15g/L,有机硅柔软剂的浓度为20~35g/L,抗静电剂为2~5g/L。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬及其制备方法,采用具有可降解的皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝、木棉纤维丝和甲壳素纤维丝为无纺基布的制备纤维,环保性好,不会对环境造成污染;木棉纤维通过液氨处理及树脂整理具有较高的柔软性和回弹性,有形状记忆功能,具有免烫和稳定形态的功效;甲壳素纤维丝具有抗菌活性和吸湿性,对皮肤的亲和性好,无刺激,还具有预防过敏的效果,将具有形状记忆功效的木棉纤维夹持于较高弹性的皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝层与抗菌吸湿的甲壳素纤维丝层之间,具有较强的保型性,基布整体挺括,具有免烫和稳定形态的效果。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。但是应该理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,包括基布1和粘胶层2,所述的基布1为三层级结构的无纺衬布,上层为PLA/PP复合纤维层3,中层为形状记忆纤维层4,下层为抗菌除湿层5,所述的基布1在PLA/PP复合纤维层3的表面涂覆有粘胶层2,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层3由皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝31构成,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维丝31由PLA纤维皮层311包覆PP纤维芯层312复合而成,所述的形状记忆纤维层4由木棉纤维丝41构成,所述的抗菌除湿层5由甲壳素纤维丝51构成。
所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层3、形状记忆纤维层4、抗菌除湿层5依次复合连接,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层3、形状记忆纤维层4、抗菌除湿层5均为薄型网状结构,所述的PP纤维芯层312由数根聚丙烯纤维丝313组成,所述的聚丙烯纤维丝313的根数为1~3根。
在本发明实施例中,聚丙烯纤维丝313的根数为3根。
本实施例还提供了一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)制备纤维丝:采用1~3组PP为芯组分,PLA作为皮组分,通过复合纺丝机纺丝制得皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝31;选用天然木棉纤维制成木棉纤维丝41;以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维丝51,备用。
其中,密封搅拌的时间为3~4天。
b)制备纤维网:分别将步骤a)中制得的皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝31、木棉纤维丝41、甲壳素纤维丝51梳理成网,形成薄型网状结构的PLA/PP复合纤维层3、木棉纤维网和抗菌除湿层5。
c)纤维网整理:对步骤b)中制得的木棉纤维网进行液氨处理35~45min后充分水洗,然后进行树脂整理,得到具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆纤维层4。
其中,液氨处理的处理液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为92~95g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为12~16g/L,柔软剂为30~40g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L;树脂整理的树脂液由2D树脂整理剂、MgCl2·6H2O、NH4Cl、柔软剂和润湿剂组成,2D树脂整理剂的浓度为80~90g/L、MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度为8~10g/L,柔软剂为40~50g/L,润湿剂为1~2g/L。
进一步地,液氨处理的处理液和树脂整理的树脂液中MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl的浓度比为15:1,柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂,润湿剂为TRITONTM HW-1000。
d)制备基布:将PLA/PP复合纤维层3、形状记忆纤维层4和抗菌除湿层5依次铺叠,并通过水刺、热轧复合得到基布1。
e)涂层前处理:将步骤d)中制得的基布1在绳状、无张力的条件下进行退浆和精炼处理,去除基布1上的油剂和浆料,温度为85~95℃,25~30min后充分水洗并干燥,然后在高温高压喷射染色机上进行染色处理,染色完成后在拉幅定型机上进行定型处理,同时通过真空吸水使基布1处于非常低的带液状态,再在浸轧液中浸轧处理后烘干。
其中,浸轧液由有机氟防水剂、有机硅柔软剂、抗静电剂及蒸馏水组成,所述的有机氟防水剂的浓度为10~15g/L,有机硅柔软剂的浓度为20~35g/L,抗静电剂为2~5g/L。
f)双点涂层:采用PA热熔胶为基础层,PES热熔胶为粘结层,在步骤e)处理后的基布1的PLA/PP复合纤维层3表面进行双点涂层,然后进行170~185℃,时间为5~8min的焙烘熔融,并冷却成型。
g)检验卷取:通过检验后,将质量合格的粘合衬产品进行卷取打包。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,包括基布(1)和粘胶层(2),其特征在于:所述的基布(1)为三层级结构的无纺衬布,上层为PLA/PP复合纤维层(3),中层为形状记忆纤维层(4),下层为抗菌除湿层(5),所述的基布(1)在PLA/PP复合纤维层(3)的表面涂覆有粘胶层(2),所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层(3)由皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝(31)构成,所述的PLA/PP复合纤维丝(31)由PLA纤维皮层(311)包覆PP纤维芯层(312)复合而成,所述的形状记忆纤维层(4)由木棉纤维丝(41)构成,所述的抗菌除湿层(5)由甲壳素纤维丝(51)构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层(3)、形状记忆纤维层(4)、抗菌除湿层(5)依次复合连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的PLA/PP复合纤维层(3)、形状记忆纤维层(4)、抗菌除湿层(5)均为薄型网状结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的PP纤维芯层(312)由数根聚丙烯纤维丝(313)组成。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯纤维丝(313)的根数为1~3根。
6.一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a)制备纤维丝:采用1~3组PP为芯组分,PLA作为皮组分,通过复合纺丝机纺丝制得皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝(31);选用天然木棉纤维制成木棉纤维丝(41);以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维丝(51),备用;
b)制备纤维网:分别将步骤a)中制得的皮芯型PLA/PP复合纤维丝(31)、木棉纤维丝(41)、甲壳素纤维丝(51)梳理成网,形成薄型网状结构的PLA/PP复合纤维层(3)、木棉纤维网和抗菌除湿层(5);
c)纤维网整理:对步骤b)中制得的木棉纤维网进行液氨处理35~45min后充分水洗,然后进行树脂整理,得到具有形状记忆功能的形状记忆纤维层(4);
d)制备基布:将PLA/PP复合纤维层(3)、形状记忆纤维层(4)和抗菌除湿层(5)依次铺叠,并通过水刺、热轧复合得到基布(1);
e)涂层前处理:将步骤d)中制得的基布(1)在绳状、无张力的条件下进行退浆和精炼处理,去除基布(1)上的油剂和浆料,温度为85~95℃,25~30min后充分水洗并干燥,然后在高温高压喷射染色机上进行染色处理,染色完成后在拉幅定型机上进行定型处理,同时通过真空吸水使基布(1)处于非常低的带液状态,再在浸轧液中浸轧处理后烘干;

8.如权利要求6所述的一种具有形状记忆功能的吸湿防潮无纺粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤e)中浸轧液由有机氟防水剂、有机硅柔软剂、抗静电剂及蒸馏水组成,所述的有机氟防水剂的浓度为10~15g/L,有机硅柔软剂的浓度为20~35g/L,抗静电剂为2~5g/L。
