【背景技术】
聚酯纤维,俗称“涤纶”。是由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维,简称PET纤维,属于高分子化合物。于1941年发明,是当前合成纤维的第一大品种。聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力。其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫、不粘毛。
静电是人们生活中一种常见的现象。因为静电的存在,给我们生产、生活带来了很多的不便及困扰,特别是在印染加工过程中,静电可能影响生产正常进行、设备损坏,产品质量下降等,是纺织印染加工过程中质量及安全事故的隐患之一。涤纶纤维是应用最广泛的化学纤维,但由于其结构为高分子聚合物,绝缘性高、回潮率低、吸湿性差,在生产、服用过程中由于摩擦而易产生、累积静电,而且静电很难散逸,因此,有必要提出一种抗静电涤纶经编面料。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过添加导电丝和对复合面料进行抗静电浸轧的方式,提升经编面料的抗静电性能,导电丝和抗静电处理剂相辅相成,控制了成本,提升了面料抗静电效果的耐久性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,包括基材层、上衬层、底衬层和缝合线,所述基材层的上表面上设有上衬层,所述基材层的底面设有底衬层,所述基材层、上衬层和底衬层之间设有缝合线,所述基材层与上衬层之间设有粘合层,所述基材层与底衬层之间也设有粘合层,所述基材层、上衬层和底衬层通过缝合线和粘合层牢固的组合在一起。
作为优选,所述基材层采用复合纱编制而成,所述复合纱由内部的纱芯和外部的包纱组成,所述纱芯包括涤纶长丝和导电纤维丝缠绕在一起组成,所述涤纶长丝和导电纤维丝的比列为3:1或1:1,所述包纱包括透气纤维丝和弹性纤维丝,所述透气纤维丝和弹性纤维丝依次间隔分布的包覆在纱芯外侧。
作为优选,所述导电纤维丝可以是碳纤维、导电尼龙或金属丝中的任意一种,所述导电纤维丝的直径小于等于涤纶长丝的直径。

参阅附图,本发明一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,包括基材层1、上衬层2、底衬层3和缝合线4,所述基材层1的上表面上设有上衬层2,所述基材层1的底面设有底衬层3,所述基材层1、上衬层2和底衬层3之间设有缝合线4,所述基材层1与上衬层2之间设有粘合层5,所述基材层1与底衬层3之间也设有粘合层5,所述基材层1、上衬层2和底衬层3通过缝合线4和粘合层5牢固的组合在一起。
其中,所述基材层1采用复合纱11编制而成,所述复合纱11由内部的纱芯12和外部的包纱13组成,所述纱芯12包括涤纶长丝121和导电纤维丝122缠绕在一起组成,所述涤纶长丝121和导电纤维丝122的比列为3:1或1:1,所述包纱13包括透气纤维丝131和弹性纤维丝132,所述透气纤维丝131和弹性纤维丝132依次间隔分布的包覆在纱芯12外侧。
其中,所述导电纤维丝122可以是碳纤维、导电尼龙或金属丝中的任意一种,所述导电纤维丝122的直径小于等于涤纶长丝121的直径。
其中,所述透气纤维丝131和弹性纤维丝132分别为涤纶丝和氨纶丝,所述透气纤维丝131和弹性纤维丝132的捻向相同。
其中,所述上衬层2由涤纶丝经编而成,所述上衬层2经过抗静电处理剂浸轧处理。
其中,所述上衬层2抗静电处理剂浸轧处理中使用的抗静电处理剂的owf为0.03,所述上衬层2抗静电处理剂浸轧处理中使用的抗静电处理剂安装质量组分包括:磷酸酯25份、丙二醇17份、乙醇12份、对苯二甲二甲酯10份、聚氨酯10份、月桂醇硫酸钠25份。
其中,所述底衬层3的原料,编织方式和处理方式均与上衬层2相同,所述底衬层3的厚度小于等于上衬层2。
实施例二:
与实施例一的区别在于使用的抗静电处理剂的owf为0.02。
与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过采用带有导电纤维丝122的复合纱11编制基材层1的方式,合理控制导电纤维122与涤纶长丝121的比列,使得得到的基布层1具有良好的抗静电性能;通过对上衬层2和底衬层3进行抗静电处理剂浸轧处理的方式,提升上衬层2和底衬层3的抗静电性能,由于上衬层2和底衬层3与外界环境直接接触,进行抗静电处理剂浸轧处理后的上衬层2和底衬层3能够快速的将静电逸散,此外,上衬层2和底衬层3的厚度较薄,需要的抗静电处理剂用量更少,降低了生产成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:包括基材层(1)、上衬层(2)、底衬层(3)和缝合线(4),所述基材层(1)的上表面上设有上衬层(2),所述基材层(1)的底面设有底衬层(3),所述基材层(1)、上衬层(2)和底衬层(3)之间设有缝合线(4),所述基材层(1)与上衬层(2)之间设有粘合层(5),所述基材层(1)与底衬层(3)之间也设有粘合层(5),所述基材层(1)、上衬层(2)和底衬层(3)通过缝合线(4)和粘合层(5)牢固的组合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)采用复合纱(11)编制而成,所述复合纱(11)由内部的纱芯(12)和外部的包纱(13)组成,所述纱芯(12)包括涤纶长丝(121)和导电纤维丝(122)缠绕在一起组成,所述涤纶长丝(121)和导电纤维丝(122)的比列为3:1或1:1,所述包纱(13)包括透气纤维丝(131)和弹性纤维丝(132),所述透气纤维丝(131)和弹性纤维丝(132)依次间隔分布的包覆在纱芯(12)外侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:所述导电纤维丝(122)可以是碳纤维、导电尼龙或金属丝中的任意一种,所述导电纤维丝(122)的直径小于等于涤纶长丝(121)的直径。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:所述透气纤维丝(131)和弹性纤维丝(132)分别为涤纶丝和氨纶丝,所述透气纤维丝(131)和弹性纤维丝(132)的捻向相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:所述上衬层(2)由涤纶丝经编而成,所述上衬层(2)经过抗静电处理剂浸轧处理。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:所述上衬层(2)抗静电处理剂浸轧处理中使用的抗静电处理剂的owf为0.02-0.04,所述上衬层(2)抗静电处理剂浸轧处理中使用的抗静电处理剂安装质量组分包括:磷酸酯20-30份、丙二醇15-20份、乙醇10-15份、对苯二甲二甲酯6-14份、聚氨酯5-12份、月桂醇硫酸钠22-26份。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶经编面料,其特征在于:所述底衬层(3)的原料,编织方式和处理方式均与上衬层(2)相同,所述底衬层(3)的厚度小于等于上衬层(2)。
