Claims (19)
- 炭素含有量が400ppmから1200ppmの熱間圧延鋼材製品から窒化された包装鋼材を製造する方法において、
鋼材製品を平鋼材製品に冷間圧延する工程と、
前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品を焼鈍炉内で、特に連続焼鈍炉内で再結晶焼鈍する工程であって、100ppmを超える濃度に対応する量で非結合窒素を前記平鋼材製品内に導入するために、又は、100ppmを超える濃度に前記平鋼材製品内の非結合窒素の量を増加させるために、窒素含有ガスを前記焼鈍炉内に導入して前記平鋼材製品に向ける工程と、
再結晶焼鈍の直後に、少なくとも100K/秒の冷却速度で前記再結晶焼鈍された平鋼材製品を冷却する工程と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記鋼材製品は、鋼材溶融物の窒化によって最大160ppmの窒素含有量にまで窒化された熱間圧延鋼材である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記鋼材溶融物の前記窒化は、窒素含有ガス及び/又は窒素含有固形物を前記鋼材溶融物内に導入することで実行され、特には、窒素ガス(N2)及び/又はカルシウムシアナミド(CaCN2)及び/又は窒化マンガン(MnN)を前記鋼材溶融物内に導入することで実行されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品の再結晶焼鈍中に、前記焼鈍炉内にアンモニアガス(NH3)が導入され、好適には少なくとも1つのスプレーノズルによって前記平鋼材製品に向けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アンモニアガス(NH3)を導入することによって、15重量%未満、好適には0.05重量%から1.5重量%の範囲の濃度のアンモニア平衡が前記焼鈍炉内に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- アンモニアガス(NH3)を導入することにより前記焼鈍炉内に設定されているアンモニア平衡濃度はアンモニアセンサーによって検出され、前記アンモニア平衡濃度の検出された測定値は、単位時間あたりに前記焼鈍炉内に導入されるアンモニアガス量を制御するために利用されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 前記焼鈍炉内での前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品の窒化後の非結合窒素の量は、100ppmから500ppmであり、好適には150ppmを超え、特には210ppmから350ppmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記平鋼材製品の厚みに亘る、前記窒化された平鋼材製品内の非結合窒素の濃度分布は、導入された平均濃度(量)の値から±10ppm未満で外れており、非結合窒素の前記平均濃度(量)は好適には150ppmを超え、特には210ppmと350ppmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品の再結晶焼鈍は、前記平鋼材製品を、連続焼鈍炉を通過させることで実行され、前記連続焼鈍炉内において前記平鋼材製品はAcl温度を超える温度まで少なくとも短時間加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼鈍炉内の前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は、第1の加熱工程でAcl温度未満の温度(Th)、特に600℃から650℃の範囲の温度である温度(Th)までまず加熱され、その後の保持工程において、前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品をこの保持温度(Th)で窒素含有ガスを用いた窒化処理に曝露するため、前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は前記保持温度(Th)に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼鈍炉内の前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は、加熱工程でAcl温度を超える温度(Th)、特に740℃から760℃の範囲の温度である保持温度(Th)までまず加熱され、その後の保持工程においてこの保持温度(Th)で保持され、前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は前記保持温度(Th)において前記加熱工程中及び/又は前記保持工程中に前述の窒素含有ガスを用いた窒化処理に曝露されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼鈍炉内での窒化直後の前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は、第2の加熱工程でAcl温度を超える温度(Tg)、特に740℃≦Tg≦760℃である焼鈍温度(Tg)に加熱され、続いて100K/秒を超える冷却速度で冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記(第1の)加熱工程における前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は、15K/秒から25K/秒の加熱速度で、特に20K/秒の加熱速度で常温から前記保持温度(Th)に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の加熱工程における前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は、前記保持温度(Th)から前記焼鈍温度(Tg)に100K/秒を超える加熱速度で加熱され、前記第2の加熱工程における加熱は、好適には150K/秒を超える加熱速度で実行され、特には500K/秒から1500K/秒の間の加熱速度で誘導加熱によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記熱間圧延された鋼材製品の前記鋼材は、0.4重量%未満のマンガンと、0.04重量%未満のケイ素と、0.1重量%未満のアルミニウムと、0.1重量%未満のクロムとを含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 包装鋼材として使用される、特に請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法で製造された冷間圧延された平鋼材製品であって、0.04重量%から0.12重量%の炭素含有量と、0.01重量%を超える、好適には0.021重量%を超える重量分率の非結合窒素と、重量分率が以下の上限値である合金成分を含んだ、冷間圧延された平鋼材製品:
Mn: 最大 0.4%
Si: 最大 0.04%、好適には0.02%未満
Al: 最大 0.1%、好適には0.08%未満
Cr: 最大 0.1%、好適には0.08%未満
P: 最大 0.03%、好適には0.02%未満
Cu: 最大 0.1%、好適には0.08%未満
Ni: 最大 0.15%、好適には0.08%未満
Sn: 最大 0.04%、好適には0.02%未満
As: 最大 0.02%
S: 最大 0.03%、好適には0.02%未満
Mo: 最大 0.05%、好適には0.02%未満
V: 最大 0.04%
Ti: 最大 0.05%、好適には0.02%未満
Nb: 最大 0.05%、好適には0.02%未満
B: 最大0.005%
不純物を含むその他の合金成分:最大で0.05%であり、
前記冷間圧延された平鋼材製品は、フェライトと、マルテンサイト、ベイナイト及び/又はトルースタイト、加えてオプションで残留オーステナイトの構造成分のうちの少なくとも1種と、を含んだ多相構造を有している。 - 引張強度は650MPaを超え、特に700MPaから850MPaの間であり、破断伸びは5%を超え、特に7%から15%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項16記載の平鋼材製品。
- 平鋼材製品、特に鋼ストリップ(S)の再結晶焼鈍と窒化のための装置であって、焼鈍炉、特に連続焼鈍炉を備え、前記平鋼材製品は前記焼鈍炉をストリップ走行方向(v)に通過し、前記焼鈍炉内には、前記平鋼材製品を加熱する加熱ゾーン(1)と、加熱された前記平鋼材製品を保持温度(Th)で保持する保持ゾーン(2)と、前記平鋼材製品を窒素含有ガスに曝露する少なくとも1つのノズル(3)を備えたガス処理ゾーン(4)とが設けられており、再結晶焼鈍され、窒化された前記平鋼材製品を冷却する冷却装置(7)が前記保持ゾーン(2)の後に続いている、装置。
- 前記ストリップ走行方向で見て、前記平鋼材製品は、25K/秒までの加熱速度の熱放射によって前記加熱ゾーン(1)の少なくとも前方区域で加熱され、前記加熱ゾーン(1)又は保持ゾーン(2)の後方区域には誘導加熱部又は伝導加熱部(5)が設けられており、それらによって前記平鋼材製品は150K/秒を超える加熱速度での加熱が可能であることを特徴とする、請求項18記載の装置。
