- 前記抗原が、その配列内に、前記エピトープの10アミノ酸以内の距離に前記レドックスモチーフを含まないか、又は前記抗原がその配列内に前記レドックスモチーフを含まない、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。
- モチーフがH-X-C-X(2)-[CST] (配列番号90)若しくは[CST]-X(2)-C-X-H (配列番号92)のレドックスモチーフ配列であるか、又はモチーフがH-C-X(2)-[CST] (配列番号78)若しくは[CST]-X(2)-C-H (配列番号79)のレドックスモチーフ配列であるか、又はモチーフがH-X(0,2)-C-X(2)-C (配列番号80、配列番号96若しくは配列番号97)若しくはC-X(2)-C-X(0,2)-H (配列番号83、配列番号94若しくは配列番号95)であるか、又はモチーフがH-C-X(2)-C (配列番号80)若しくはC-X(2)-C-H (配列番号83)である、請求項1又は2に記載の医薬組成物。
- ペプチドが13〜75アミノ酸長、好ましくは13〜50アミノ酸長、より好ましくは13〜30アミノ酸長を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- MHCクラスII T細胞エピトープが、前記モチーフと、最大で4アミノ酸の配列、好ましくは2アミノ酸の配列により分離されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- レドックスモチーフ内のXがGly若しくはProであるか、又はレドックスモチーフ内のXがCysでないか、又はレドックスモチーフ外のXがCysでもSerでもThrでもない、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 多発性硬化症(MS)の予防用又は治療用の請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 抗原が多発性硬化症に関与する自己抗原である、請求項7に記載の医薬組成物。
- 自己抗原がMOGである、請求項7又は8に記載の医薬組成物。
- ペプチドがエピトープ配列VVHLYRNGK (配列番号3)を含む、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- ペプチドが配列HCPYCSRVVHLYRNGKD (配列番号1)、HxCPYCSRVVHLYRNGKD (配列番号115)又はHxxCPYCSRVVHLYRNGKD (配列番号116)を有する、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 糖尿病の予防用又は治療用の請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 抗原がプロインスリンである、請求項12に記載の医薬組成物。

- レドックスモチーフがH-X-C-X(2)-[CST] (配列番号90)若しくは[CST]-X(2)-C-X-H (配列番号92)のレドックスモチーフ配列であるか、又はレドックスモチーフがH-C-X(2)-[CST] (配列番号78)若しくは[CST]-X(2)-C-H (配列番号79)のレドックスモチーフ配列である、請求項14又は15に記載のペプチド。
- − 前記モチーフがH-X(0,2)-C-X(2)-[CST] (配列番号78、90又は91)である場合、該モチーフは当該ペプチド内でT細胞エピトープのN末端側に位置し、
− 前記モチーフが[CST]-X(2)-C-X(0,2)-H (配列番号79、92又は93)である場合、該モチーフはT細胞エピトープのC末端側に位置する、
請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載のペプチド。 - モチーフがH-X(0,2)-C-X(2)-C (配列番号80、配列番号96若しくは配列番号97)若しくはC-X(2)-C-X(0,2)-H (配列番号83、配列番号94若しくは配列番号95)であるか、又はモチーフがH-C-X(2)-C (配列番号80)若しくはC-X(2)-C-H (配列番号83)である、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載のペプチド。
- 前記モチーフがT細胞エピトープのN末端側に位置する、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載のペプチド。
- 13〜75アミノ酸長、より好ましくは13〜50アミノ酸長、最も好ましくは13〜30アミノ酸長を有する請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に記載のペプチド。
- MHCクラスII T細胞エピトープが、前記モチーフと、最大で4アミノ酸の配列、より好ましくは2アミノ酸の配列により分離されている、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載のペプチド。

- エピトープ配列VVHLYRNGK (配列番号3)を含むか、又は配列HCPYCSRVVHLYRNGKD (配列番号1)、HxCPYCSRVVHLYRNGKD (配列番号115)若しくはHxxCPYCSRVVHLYRNGKD (配列番号116)を有する請求項23に記載のペプチド。
- 抗原特異的CD4+細胞溶解性T細胞の作製のための請求項14〜24のいずれか1項に記載のペプチドのインビトロ使用。
- − 末梢血細胞を準備する工程、
− 抗原のMHCクラスII T細胞エピトープと、該エピトープと直接接して又は該エピトープから最大で7アミノ酸離れて、H-X(0,2)-C-X(2)-[CST] (配列番号78若しくは配列番号90若しくは配列番号91)又は[CST]-X(2)-C-X(0,2)-H (配列番号79、配列番号92若しくは配列番号93)のレドックスモチーフ配列とを含む13〜100アミノ酸の免疫原性ペプチドを、前記細胞とインビトロで接触させる工程、及び
− IL-2の存在下で前記細胞を拡大させる工程
