Description
Claims (6)
- 軸受の回転外輪に取り付けられて、前記回転外輪および前記軸受の固定内輪間の環状隙間を覆うシール本体部と、
前記シール本体部の内径縁から内径側へ突出し、軸線方向へ倒れるように弾性変形可能な腰部と、
前記腰部の内径縁から軸線方向内側へ突出し、締め代Cを伴って前記固定内輪に接触する第1リップと、
前記腰部の内径縁から軸線方向外側へ突出する第2リップとを備え、
前記第1リップおよび前記第2リップは、前記締め代Cに応じて、前記第1リップおよび前記第2リップよりも外径側に位置する回動中心を中心として回動変位する軸受シールにおいて、
前記締め代Cを伴わない自由状態で、前記腰部と前記第1リップと前記第2リップを含む部分の重心が前記回動中心よりも軸線方向内側にあり、かつ、前記回動中心から前記重心までの軸線方向距離Aが0を超え前記締め代C未満の範囲に含まれることを特徴とする、軸受シール構造。 - 前記自由状態で、前記腰部は内径側に向かうにつれて軸線方向内側に位置するように傾斜する、請求項1に記載の軸受シール構造。
- 前記軸受の軸線に関し、前記腰部の軸線方向厚みは、外径側で最も小さい、請求項1または2に記載の軸受シール構造。
- 前記第1リップの軸線方向内側端部における断面形状が半径0.05[mm]以上の丸み形状である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の軸受シール構造。
- 前記固定内輪と、前記回転外輪と、前記回転外輪に固定されるプーリと、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の軸受シール構造とを備える、プーリ軸受。
- 軸受の回転外輪の軸線方向端部に取り付けられて、前記軸受の固定内輪および前記回転外輪間の環状隙間を覆うシール本体部と、
前記シール本体部の内径縁から内径側へ突出し、軸線方向内側へ締め込む締め代が大きいほど、軸線方向外側へ倒れるように弾性変形する腰部と、
前記腰部の内径縁から軸線方向内側へ突出し、前記締め代が大きいほど、大きな反力で前記固定内輪の軸線方向端部を軸線方向内側へ押圧する第1リップと、
前記腰部の内径縁から軸線方向外側へ突出する第2リップとを備える軸受シールにおいて、
前記締め代が相対的に小さい場合では、前記軸受の回転によって発生する遠心力によって、前記固定内輪に対する前記第1リップの反力が増大し、
前記締め代が相対的に大きい場合では、前記軸受の回転によって発生する遠心力によって、前記固定内輪に対する前記第1リップの反力が減少するよう、
前記腰部、前記第1リップ、および前記第2リップを含む部分の重心と、前記腰部、前記第1リップ、および前記第2リップを含む部分の回動中心とを設定する、軸受シールの設計方法。
