Abstract
【解決手段】モータのトルク指令に基づく各相の電圧指令の変調波と搬送波電圧との比較により複数のスイッチング素子の第1PWM信号を生成して複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう第1PWM制御と、トルク指令に基づく電圧の変調率および電圧位相とモータの電気角の単位周期当たりのパルス数とに基づいて複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号を生成して複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう第2PWM制御と、を切り替えて実行する。そして、第1PWM制御と第2PWM制御とを不規則な時間間隔毎に切り替える。

複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングによって前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記モータのトルク指令に基づく各相の電圧指令の変調波と搬送波電圧との比較により前記複数のスイッチング素子の第1PWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう第1PWM制御と、前記トルク指令に基づく電圧の変調率および電圧位相と前記モータの電気角の単位周期当たりのパルス数とに基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう第2PWM制御と、を切り替えて実行する制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記第1PWM制御と前記第2PWM制御とを不規則な時間間隔毎に切り替える、

Claims (7)
- モータと、
複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングによって前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記モータのトルク指令に基づく各相の電圧指令の変調波と搬送波電圧との比較により前記複数のスイッチング素子の第1PWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう第1PWM制御と、前記トルク指令に基づく電圧の変調率および電圧位相と前記モータの電気角の単位周期当たりのパルス数とに基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう第2PWM制御と、を切り替えて実行する制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記第1PWM制御と前記第2PWM制御とを不規則な時間間隔毎に切り替える、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の駆動装置であって、
前記第1PWM制御は、同期PWM制御であり、
前記制御装置は、前記第1PWM制御における前記搬送波電圧の同期数と、前記第2PWM制御における前記パルス数と、を同一の値とする、
駆動装置。 - 請求項2記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記第2PWM制御を実行するときの前記モータおよび前記インバータの合計損失が最小となるように前記パルス数を設定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記第1PWM制御は、同期PWM制御であり、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1PWM制御から前記第2PWM制御に切り替える際には、前記複数のスイッチング素子の第1PWM信号の生成に用いる各相の電圧指令の変調波のうちの何れかのゼロクロスのタイミングで切り替え、
前記第2PWM制御から前記第1PWM制御に切り替える際には、前記複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号に対応する各相の仮想的な電圧指令の変調波のうちの何れかのゼロクロスのタイミングで切り替える、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記第2PWM制御は、前記モータおよび前記インバータの合計損失が調節されるように前記複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号を生成する制御である、
駆動装置。 - 請求項5記載の駆動装置であって、
前記第2PWM制御は、所望の次数の高調波成分が調節されることによって前記合計損失が調節されるように前記複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号を生成する制御である、

前記第2PWM制御は、所望の次数の高調波成分が調節されるように前記複数のスイッチング素子の第2PWM信号を生成する制御である、
