アクセル開度を検出する2つのアクセルポジションセンサと、
前記2つのアクセルポジションセンサからのアクセル開度に基づいて駆動制御を行なう制御装置と、
を備える自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記2つのアクセルポジションセンサのうちの一方のアクセルポジションセンサに故障が生じているときには、前記2つのアクセルポジションセンサのうちの他方のアクセルポジションセンサからのアクセル開度に対して車速が大きいほど大きくなる傾向のアクセル開度上限による制限を課して前記駆動制御を行なう、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (4)
- アクセル開度を検出する2つのアクセルポジションセンサと、
前記2つのアクセルポジションセンサからのアクセル開度に基づいて駆動制御を行なう制御装置と、
を備える自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記2つのアクセルポジションセンサのうちの一方のアクセルポジションセンサに故障が生じているときには、前記2つのアクセルポジションセンサのうちの他方のアクセルポジションセンサからのアクセル開度に対して車速が大きいほど大きくなる傾向のアクセル開度上限による制限を課して前記駆動制御を行なう、
自動車。 - 請求項1記載の自動車であって、
前記アクセル開度上限は、少なくとも第1所定車速以上であって第2所定車速未満の比較的低車速では一定値である、
自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載の自動車であって、
前記アクセル開度上限は、車速を検出する車速センサに故障が生じているときには、予め定められた最高車速以上の領域では値0である、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記アクセル開度上限は、安全に加速することができる加速度の上限として予め定められた安全加速度限界に相当するアクセル開度以下である、
自動車。
