Abstract
【解決手段】ステント送達システムは、近位部分と遠位部分とを有するガイド部材と、ガイド部材の遠位部分の周りに配置されたステント120であって開口部が形成された壁を有するステント120と、近位端および遠位端を有するプッシャ部材であってプッシャ部材の遠位端がステント120の近位端に当接するようにガイド部材の周りに配置されているプッシャ部材と、ステント120の内腔内にループ部を形成するためにステントの壁の開口部151を介して延びる第1のフィラメント部と第2のフィラメント部とを含む保持フィラメントと、を含み、ループ部は、ステントのプッシャ部材に対する位置を解放可能に固定するように構成されている。

Claims (19)
- ステント送達システムであって、前記ステント送達システムは、
近位部分と遠位部分とを有するガイド部材と、
前記ガイド部材の前記遠位部分の周りに配置されたステントであって、開口部が形成された壁を有する、ステントと、
近位端および遠位端を有するプッシャ部材であって、前記プッシャ部材の前記遠位端が前記ステントの近位端に当接するように前記ガイド部材の周りに配置されているプッシャ部材と、
前記ステントの内腔内にループ部を形成するために、前記ステントの壁の開口部を介して延びる第1のフィラメント部と第2のフィラメント部とを含む保持フィラメントと、を含み、
前記ループ部は、前記ステントの前記プッシャ部材に対する位置を解放可能に固定するように構成されている、
ステント送達システム。 - 前記ステントが前記ループ部により前記プッシャ部材に対して解放可能に固定される第1の構成と、前記保持フィラメントが前記ステントから解放される第2の構成と、のいずれかにおいて前記ステントが構成されている、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ガイド部材が前記第1の構成および前記第2の構成の両方において前記ステントの前記内腔内および前記プッシャ部材の内腔内に延びている、請求項2に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記保持フィラメントが、同保持フィラメントを前記ステントから解放するために、前記ガイド部材の前記近位部分から作動可能である、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ループ部は、前記保持フィラメントが近位側に後退させられるときに解くことができる結節を含む、請求項4に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ループ部が、接着結合部により互いに接合された第1のフィラメント部と第2のフィラメント部とを含む、請求項4に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ループ部は、前記保持フィラメントが近位に引き込まれるときに前記接着結合部にて切れるように予め処理されている、請求項6に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ステントがアンカーを含む、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ステントに形成された前記開口部が前記アンカーに隣接して配置されている、請求項8に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記第1のフィラメント部および前記第2のフィラメント部は、前記プッシャ部材の遠位部分の外面に沿って延びる、請求項1に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記保持フィラメントは、前記第1のフィラメント部または前記第2のフィラメント部のうちの一方を近位に引き込み、同第1のフィラメント部または同第2のフィラメント部のうちの他方を解放することにより、前記ステントから解放される、請求項2に記載のステント送達システム。
- ステント送達システムであって、前記ステント送達システムは、
開口部と、その内部に形成された内腔と、を有するステントと、
その内部に形成された内腔を有するプッシャ部材であって、装填された状態の前記ステントが同プッシャ部材の遠位端に当接している、プッシャ部材と、
前記プッシャ部材の内腔と前記ステントの内腔を貫通して延びるガイド部材と、
前記ステントの前記内腔内において同ステントの開口部を通って延びるループを形成する保持フィラメントと、を含み、
前記ループは、前記プッシャ部材に対して前記ステントの位置を解放可能に固定するように構成されているステント送達システム。 - 前記保持フィラメントが縫合糸である、請求項12に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記装填状態において、前記ガイド部材は前記プッシャ部材の内腔および前記ステントの内腔内に摺動可能に配置されている、請求項12に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ガイド部材は、その内部に形成される内腔を含む、請求項12に記載のステント送達システム。
- ガイドワイヤをさらに含み、前記ガイド部材の前記内腔は、その内部を貫通して延びるガイドワイヤを受承するように構成されている、請求項15に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ステントは、その内部に形成された1つまたは複数の更なる開口部であって、1つまたは複数のフラップを画定する1つまたは複数の更なる開口部を含む、請求項12に記載のステント送達システム。
- 前記ステントの1つまたは複数の更なる開口部は、前記フラップの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項17に記載のステント送達システム。
