本发明提供了一种植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,包括圆柱形镁合金接驳管和镁合金线,所述接驳管的外壁上设有若干翘刺;所述接驳管插入断裂或破损的人体内管腔道,所述翘刺插入所述人体内管腔道的内壁,从而连接断裂或破损的人体内管腔道,所述镁合金线环绕所述接驳管和所述人体内管腔道,从而使所述接驳管与所述体内管道人体内管腔道固定连接。所述可降解接驳器连接破损或断裂的肠道、血管、淋巴管或神经,使创口慢慢愈合,而接驳器同时慢慢降解或被人体吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体地,涉及一种植入体内的可降解接驳器。
背景技术
血管栓塞、食管癌、肠癌、前列腺增生和胆道结石是生活中常见的管腔性疾病,临床上可采用开放性手术治疗,不仅手术操作难度大,并且存在一些难以解决的问题,如并发症多、危险性大、复发率高等,这就需要一种更为简便、安全有效的方法来解决以上难点,利用内支架的介入是一种行之有效的方法。
腔道内支架是一种常用的器械,最常见的是管状。内支架植入人体后,用来扩张和支撑狭窄的血管、食道、胆道肠道及尿管等人体内管腔道,解除腔道梗阻,保持腔道畅通,操作简便,疗效可靠,并发症少。
目前,已经研制出可降解医用道内支架多为镁合金支架。在腔道创口愈合的过程中,镁合金能快速的被人体吸收利用,从而避免了在体内长期存留导致管壁内皮细胞增生而再狭窄。
常用的镁合金支架多为管状,在人激烈运动在使用过程中,尤其是激烈运动时,常常会从人体内管腔道内掉落,错位,或随着镁合金的消耗而坍塌。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种植入体内的可降解接驳器,该接驳器在接驳管的外壁上设置了翘刺和镁合金线,接驳器插入人体内管腔道,翘刺插入人体内管腔道的内壁,镁合金线环绕所述接驳管和人体内管腔道,从而使接驳管与人体内管腔道固定连接,避免接驳管从人体内管腔道内掉落,错位,或随着镁合金的消耗而坍塌。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种植入体内的可降解接驳器,包括圆柱形镁合金接驳管和镁合金线,所述接驳管的外壁上设有若干翘刺;所述接驳管插入断裂或破损的人体内管腔道,所述翘刺插入所述人体内管腔道的内壁,从而连接断裂或破损的人体内管腔道,所述镁合金线环绕所述接驳管和所述体内管道,从而使所述接驳管与所述人体内管腔道固定连接。
所述接驳管包括主干和至少一条分支,所述主干与所述分支连通。所述主干和所述分支的形状和尺寸依据人体内管腔道的实际情况设计。如可以设计成T形分叉,Y形分叉或不定形分叉。
所述接驳管在所述主干和所述分支连接处设有镁合金保护层。在人体内管腔道,如血管、淋巴管、神经或胆管等,分叉处,也是承受血液或体液冲击最频繁的地方,因此,安置在该处的接驳管也是最容易断裂或塌陷的,为此,在该处的接驳管上增加一层镁合金保护层,从而避免在人体内管腔道塑形之前失去支撑的作用,提高了镁合金支架的安全性。
所述翘刺错位排列于所接驳管的外壁,并朝向所述接驳管的中部。所述接驳管插入人体内管腔道后,所述翘刺插入人体内管腔道的管壁,从而将所述接驳管与所述人体内管腔道连结在一起,起到吻合人体内管腔道的作用。
较佳地,所述翘刺呈圆锥形,圆锥形底部结合于所述接驳管。圆锥形翘刺便于插入人体内管腔道的管壁,而翘刺朝向所述接驳管的中部,可以将断裂的人体内管腔道的管壁相向拉紧,利于吻合。
当然,本发明所述翘刺的形状并不唯一限定为圆锥形,也可是其他形状,可选择地,所述翘刺具有圆柱形体部和圆锥形顶部,所述圆柱形体部结合于所述接驳管。
当接驳管连接人体内管腔道时,所述镁合金线将二者固定连接,防止接驳管在使用中从人体内管腔道掉落或错位。
所述接驳管,所述镁合金线和所述翘刺表面均包覆有保护层,该保护层为银离子层或具有生物相容性及抗腐蚀性的材料涂层。银离子层和材料涂层具有较强的杀菌能力,也能延长所述镁合金的降解时间,避免接驳器在人体内管腔道塑形之前失去支撑的作用,提高了安全性。
所述接驳管主要成分为镁,还含有铁,锌、钙中的一种或数种。镁,铁,锌、钙均为人体可吸收的元素,不会对人体造成伤害。

参照图1,所述翘刺3呈圆锥形,圆锥形底部结合于所述接驳管1。圆锥形翘刺3便于插入人体内管腔道的管壁,而翘刺朝向所述接驳管的中部,可以将断裂的人体内管腔道的管壁相向拉紧,利于吻合。
所述翘刺3并不限定为圆锥形,也可设计为其他形状,如具有圆柱形体部和圆锥形顶部,所述圆柱形体部结合于所述接驳管。

Claims (9)
1.一种植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,包括圆柱形镁合金接驳管和镁合金线,所述接驳管的外壁上设有若干翘刺;所述接驳管插入断裂或破损的人体内管腔道,所述翘刺插入所述人体内管腔道的内壁,从而连接断裂或破损的人体内管腔道,所述镁合金线环绕所述接驳管和所述人体内管腔道,从而使所述接驳管与所述人体内管腔道固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述接驳管包括主干和至少一条分支,所述主干与所述分支连通。
3.如权利要求2所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述接驳管在所述主干和所述分支连接处设有镁合金保护层。
4.如权利要求2所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述主干和所述分支形成T形分叉,Y形分叉或不定形分叉。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述翘刺错位排列于所接驳管的外壁,并朝向所述接驳管的中部。
6.如权利要求5任一项所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述翘刺呈圆锥形,圆锥形底部结合于所述接驳管。
7.如权利要求5所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述翘刺具有圆柱形体部和圆锥形顶部,所述圆柱形体部结合于所述接驳管。
8.如权利要求1所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述接驳管,所述镁合金线和所述翘刺表面均包覆有保护层,该保护层为银离子层或具有生物相容性及抗腐蚀性的材料涂层。
9.如权利要求1所述的植入体内的可降解接驳器,其特征在于,所述接驳器含有镁元素,还含有铁元素,锌元素、钙元素中的一种或数种。
