Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其包括一块用镁合金材料制成的吻合片基板,吻合片基板的板面加工出若干错开排列、相向的翘刺,吻合片基板与翘刺表面均匀包覆有一层可被人体吸收的药物层。本发明非常适合于人体胃肠器官吻合,不受不同人的胃肠器官尺寸大小的制约,可按照被吻合人体胃肠器官的直径大小去裁切吻合片基板,并向内或向外翻卷成管状、让翘刺向内或向外翘起;再将人体胃肠器官套在吻合片基板卷成的管状两端上,或由吻合片基板卷成的管内送入,然后将两段胃肠器官稍向外拉动,被吻合片基板上错开排列、相向的翘刺勾挂住,起到吻合人体胃肠器官的作用,卷成管状的吻合片基板随着创口的慢慢愈合被降解、或被人体吸收。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种医疗吻合器辅具材料,具体涉及一种医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片。
背景技术
随着医疗科学技术的发展,医生进行人体组织或器官缝合,已从原先用针线手工缝合的方式,改为用医疗吻合器和合金吻合钉进行缝合的方式。使用医疗吻合器缝合,便于操作,吻合安全、带来的创伤很小,已为广大外科临床医生所接受。但是现有的医疗吻合器所用的吻合钉大都采用钛合金制作,由于钛合金耐腐蚀性相对较高,缝合后钛合金吻合钉会长时间的留在人体组织或器官中,有可能导致炎症,使人总有不太舒服的感觉。尤其是对于胃管、食管、肠管的吻合需经腹部实施的切除,需通过吻合器进行结端吻合。虽然用吻合器进行胃肠切除后可以进行消化道重建,但是依然会给两节胃管、食管、肠管的端头造成创面,用吻合器行胃肠道手术的订书机式胃肠道吻(缝)合方法也会由于缝合的针数过多让缝合后留在人体胃肠器官中随着创口的慢慢愈合时被降解或碎化掉的镁合金缝钉带来一些消极的后遗症。实用新型专利“CN201320029863.2”公开了一种医用可降解镁合金吻合套,如图1所示,比较适合于人体胃肠器官吻合的医用可降解镁合金吻合,吻合套管于管身两端向中部成型有多个错开排列的翘刺,可将两端套在吻合套管上的人体胃肠器官,让错开排列的翘刺勾挂住,起到吻合人体胃肠器官的作用,随着创口的慢慢愈合被人体吸收。但是由于吻合套管是一个管状物体,要在管身上成型出多个错开排列的翘刺相对比较困难,同时由于受吻合套管规格尺寸的制约,吻合套管与被吻合人体胃肠器官的大小不完全对应,吻合套管管径规格少、不对应,成了手术医生选用该吻合套管的一个不大不小的障碍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,使用方便,非常适合于人体胃肠器官吻合的医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,吻合片基板于的板面加工出若干错开排列、相向的翘刺,使用时,按照被吻合人体胃肠器官的大小,裁切一块,先将吻合片基板向内翻卷成管状、让翘刺翘向孔内,或向外翻卷成管状、让翘刺向外翘起;再将人体胃肠器官套在两端上,被错开排列的翘刺勾挂住,起到吻合人体胃肠器官的作用,有效的解决了现有吻合器用吻合钉缝合存在的上述问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其包括一块用镁合金材料制成的吻合片基板,所述吻合片基板的板面加工出若干错开排列、相向的翘刺。
本发明所述的医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其特征还在于,
所述吻合片基板与翘刺表面均匀包覆有一层可被人体吸收的药物层。
所述包覆吻合片基板与翘刺表面的锌离子层,或替换为具有生物相容性及抗腐蚀性的材料涂层,或替换为具有抗血凝性、杀菌抑菌的材料涂层。
所述表面带有翘刺的吻合片基板,或向内翻卷成管状进行人体组织器官吻合、或向外翻卷成管状进行人体组织器官吻合。
本发明医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,非常适合于人体胃肠器官吻合,使用时,不受不同人的胃肠器官尺寸大小的制约,可按照被吻合人体胃肠器官的直径大小去裁切吻合片基板,并向内翻卷成管状、或向外翻卷成管状、让翘刺向内或向外翘起;再将人体胃肠器官套在吻合片基板卷成的管状两端上,或由吻合片基板卷成的管内送入,然后将左右两段人体胃肠器官稍向外拉动,被吻合片基板上错开排列、相向的翘刺勾挂住,起到吻合人体胃肠器官的作用,卷成管状的吻合片基板随着创口的慢慢愈合被降解、或被人体吸收。
由于吻合套管与翘刺表面均匀包覆有一层可被人体吸收的药物层,或是具有生物相容性及抗腐蚀性的材料涂层,或使具有抗血凝性、杀菌抑菌的材料涂层,涂层对缝合的人体胃肠器官不仅无任何伤害,而且还有较强的杀菌能力,使得吻合的人体胃肠器官不受感染,有利于缩短创面的愈合和康复的时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
一种医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,如图2a和图2b所示,其包括一块用镁合金材料制成的吻合片基板1,所述吻合片基板1的板面加工出若干错开排列、相向的翘刺2,所述吻合片基板1与翘刺2表面均匀包覆有一层可被人体吸收的药物层3,所述表面带有翘刺2的吻合片基板1,或向内翻卷成管状进行人体组织器官吻合、或向外翻卷成管状进行人体组织器官吻合。
本发明医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片使用时,不受不同人体的胃肠器官大小的制约,可按照被吻合人体胃肠器官的直径大小去裁切下一块吻合片基板1,并向内翻卷成管状、或向外翻卷成管状、让翘刺2向内或向外翘起;再将人体胃肠器官4套在吻合片基板1卷成的管状两端上,或由吻合片基板1卷成的管内送入,如图3和图4所示;然后将左右两段人体胃肠器官4稍向外拉动,被吻合片基板1上错开排列、相向的翘刺2勾挂住,起到吻合人体胃肠器官的作用,卷成管状的吻合片基板随着创口的慢慢愈合被降解、或被人体吸收。
对于一些稍大直径的人体胃肠器官吻合,如图5所示,可将裁切的吻合片基板1向内翻卷或向外翻卷成管状,在两端用吻合钉5将其固定,再按照上面的方式进行人体胃肠器官的吻合,同样使手术的操作变得得心应手。
由于本发明的医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,所述吻合片基板1与翘刺2表面包覆有一层可被人体吸收的药物层3,也可以用具有同样的愈合效果的——具有生物相容性及抗腐蚀性的材料涂层替换,或用具有抗血凝性、杀菌抑菌的材料涂层来替换。这类材料涂层对缝合的人体胃肠器官不仅无任何伤害,而且还有较强的抗血凝性和杀菌抑菌能力,使得被吻合的人体胃肠器官不受感染,更有利于创面的愈合和缩短康复的时间。
本发明医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,加工成型于吻合片基板1上多个错开排列的翘刺2相对比较容易,翻卷成管状后非常适合于人体胃肠器官吻合,也可以适用于人体其它食管、气管,以及动、静脉血管的吻合,同样具有良好的医疗吻合效果。
上述实施方式只是本发明的一个实例,不是用来限制发明的实施与权利范围,凡依据本发明申请专利保护范围所述的内容做出的等效变化和修饰,均应包括在本发明申请专利范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其特征在于,其包括一块用镁合金材料制成的吻合片基板(1),所述吻合片基板(1)的板面加工出若干错开排列、相向的翘刺(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其特征在于,所述吻合片基板(1)与翘刺(2)表面均匀包覆有一层可被人体吸收的药物层(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其特征在于,所述包覆吻合片基板(1)与翘刺(2)表面的可被人体吸收的药物层(3),或替换为具有生物相容性及抗腐蚀性的材料涂层,或替换为具有抗血凝性、杀菌抑菌的材料涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用可降解镁合金多用吻合片,其特征在于,所述表面带有翘刺(2)的吻合片基板(1),或向内翻卷成管状(4)进行人体胃肠器官吻合、或向外翻卷成管状(5)进行人体胃肠器官吻合。
