前記糸部材を、前記糸用ルーメン内を挿通せしめて、該糸部材の他端部を前記糸用ルーメンの近位端を経て外側に配置するようにできる。

Claims (5)
- その遠位端および近位端にそれぞれ開口を有するチューブ本体と、
前記チューブ本体にその一端が接続され、他端が該チューブ本体の近位端側の斜め外側に突出するように設けられた可撓性のフラップと、
前記フラップにその一端が取り付けられ、その他端が前記チューブ本体の近位端に至るように配置され、該他端を引っ張ることにより、該フラップが閉じる方向に力を作用させる糸部材と
を備えることを特徴とするチューブステント。 - 前記チューブ本体の前記フラップよりも近位端側に内外に貫通する貫通穴を設け、
前記糸部材の他端を前記貫通穴の外側から内側に挿通して、該糸部材の他端部を前記チューブ本体の近位端の開口を経て外側に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチューブステント。 - 前記貫通穴を、前記チューブ本体の近位端近傍に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチューブステント。
- 前記貫通穴を、前記チューブ本体の前記フラップの近位端側近傍に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチューブステント。
- 前記チューブ本体の前記フラップの近位端側近傍の外側にその一端が開口し、該チューブ本体の管壁内を通過して、該チューブ本体の近位端に至る糸用ルーメンを設け、
前記糸部材を、前記糸用ルーメン内を挿通せしめて、該糸部材の他端部を前記糸用ルーメンの近位端を経て外側に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチューブステント。
