Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る蓄電素子は、積層された正極板、セパレータ及び負極板を有する電極体本体、並びに前記正極板及び負極板から延びるタブを有する電極体と、前記電極体を収容するケース本体及びこのケース本体を塞ぐ蓋板を有するケースと、前記蓋板に固定され、前記タブに電気的に接続される外部端子と、前記電極体本体と前記蓋板との間に配置され、剛性を有するスペーサと、前記スペーサと電極体本体との間に配置され、緩衝性を有する多孔性のクッションシートとを備え、前記クッションシートが前記スペーサに溶着されている。

Description
図1に、本発明の一実施形態に係る蓄電素子を示す。本実施形態では、リチウムイオン二次電池を例示するが、本発明に係る蓄電素子は、一次電池や、リチウムイオン二次電池以外の非水電解質二次電池であってもよく、キャパシタ等の電気化学セルであってもよい。
図2に、本発明の図1とは異なる実施形態に係る蓄電素子を示す。本実施形態の蓄電素子は、電極体本体1及びタブ(正極タブ2a及び負極タブ3a)を有する電極体4aと、前記電極体4aを収容するケース7と、蓋板6に固定され、負極タブ3aに電気的に接続される外部端子8aと、前記電極体本体1と前記蓋板6との間に配置され、剛性を有するスペーサ9aと、前記スペーサ9aと電極体本体1との間に配置され、スペーサ9aに溶着され、緩衝性を有する多孔性のクッションシート10aとを備える。
前記実施形態は、本発明の構成を限定するものではない。従って、前記実施形態は、本明細書の記載及び技術常識に基づいて前記実施形態各部の構成要素の省略、置換又は追加が可能であり、それらは全て本発明の範囲に属するものと解釈されるべきである。

- 積層された正極板、セパレータ及び負極板を有する電極体本体、並びに前記正極板及び負極板から延びるタブを有する電極体と、
前記電極体を収容するケース本体及びこのケース本体を塞ぐ蓋板を有するケースと、
前記蓋板に固定され、前記タブに電気的に接続される外部端子と、
前記電極体本体と前記蓋板との間に配置され、剛性を有するスペーサと、
前記スペーサと電極体本体との間に配置され、緩衝性を有する多孔性のクッションシートと、を備え、
前記クッションシートが前記スペーサに溶着されている蓄電素子。 - 前記スペーサ及び前記クッションシートが、ともにポリプロピレンを含む請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記電極体本体が、複数の板状の正極板、セパレータ及び負極板を積層したものである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記ケースが、各面が方形状の箱形である請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記クッションシートが、前記電極体本体の積層方向視で前記タブと重複しないよう配置される請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記スペーサ及びクッションシートが、前記タブが配置される切欠を有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
