Abstract
【解決手段】車両は、電気負荷と、前記電気負荷に電気的に接続される第1電池と、前記電気負荷に、前記第1電池に対して並列な関係で、電気的に接続される第2電池であって、車両の上面視で、前記第1電池よりも車両の中心に近い第2電池と、前記第1電池及び前記第2電池のうちの、前記第1電池のみを前記電気負荷から電気的に切り離すことが可能なスイッチと、車両の衝突の検出、又は、前記第1電池の異常の検出に基づいて、前記スイッチを開放するように構成されている制御部とを含む。

前記電気負荷に電気的に接続される第1電池と、
前記電気負荷に、前記第1電池に対して並列な関係で、電気的に接続される第2電池であって、車両の上面視で、前記第1電池よりも車両の中心に近い第2電池と、
前記第1電池及び前記第2電池のうちの、前記第1電池のみを前記電気負荷から電気的に切り離すことが可能なスイッチと、
車両の衝突の検出、又は、前記第1電池の異常の検出に基づいて、前記スイッチを開放するように構成されている制御部とを含む、車両が提供される。
前記第1電池及び前記第2電池は、車両の上面視で、車両の車幅方向で前記第2電池の両側に前記第1電池が位置する態様で、左右のフレーム部材間に設けられてもよい。該態様によれば、側突時にシートフレームを介して第1電池に荷重が入力されるが、かかる場合でも、第1電池により第2電池を保護できる。

C:電池ケース20Aと通常電池セル21のセル固定部70A(通常電池セル21と一体化された最も側方の部位)との隙間
δ:外力Pによるケース側板のたわみ量
E:ケース側板のヤング率
I:ケース側板の断面2次モーメント
このとき、外力Pによるケース側板のたわみ量δは、以下の式で算出できる。
δ=P/(48E・I/L)
尚、ここでは、簡易のため、ケース側板と通常電池セル21との干渉時の反力は、無視することとする。外力Pによるケース側板×電池セル干渉量bは、以下のとおりである。

従って、通常電池セル21と非常用電池セル24との間隔aは、bより十分大きくなるような配置を実現することで、衝突による外力Pが電池ケース20Aにかかる場合でも、通常電池セル21と非常用電池セル24とが干渉することを防止できる。即ち、外力を受け電池ケース20Aが変形し通常電池セル21が非常用電池セル24に向けて移動しても、通常電池セル21が非常用電池セル24には直接当たらず、非常用電池セル24への入力荷重を低減できる。これにより、非常用電池セル24を保護できる。

A:電池とケースとのすきま
このとき、外力P1によるケース側板のたわみ量δ1は、以下の式で算出できる。
δ1=P1/(48E1・I1/L )
尚、ここでは、簡易のため、ケース側板と通常電池セル21との干渉時の反力は、無視することとする。外力P1による通常電池セル21の変形量δ2は、以下のとおりである。
δ2=δ1−A
従って、δ2変形した時の電池セルの反力P2を例えば、実験的に求め、セル固定部70Bの固定強度をP2より大きくしておくことで、衝突による外力P1が電池ケース20Bにかかる場合でも、通常電池セル21と非常用電池セル24とが干渉することを防止できる。具体的には、外力P1を受け電池ケース20Bや通常電池セル21が変形するが、固定強度が確保できているため、通常電池セル21は内側に移動しない。この結果、通常電池セル21が非常用電池セル24には直接当たらず、非常用電池セル24への入力荷重を低減できる。これにより、非常用電池セル24を保護できる。

- 電気負荷と、
前記電気負荷に電気的に接続される第1電池と、
前記電気負荷に、前記第1電池に対して並列な関係で、電気的に接続される第2電池であって、車両の上面視で、前記第1電池よりも車両の中心に近い第2電池と、
前記第1電池及び前記第2電池のうちの、前記第1電池のみを前記電気負荷から電気的に切り離すことが可能なスイッチと、
車両の衝突の検出、又は、前記第1電池の異常の検出に基づいて、前記スイッチを開放するように構成されている制御部とを含む、車両。 - 前記第1電池は、車両の上面視で、所定方向で前記第2電池の両側にそれぞれ設けられる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記所定方向は、車両の車幅方向である、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記第1電池及び前記第2電池は、一の筐体内に収容され、
前記第2電池は、車両の上面視で、前記第1電池よりも前記筐体の中心の近くに設けられる、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記第1電池は、車両における衝突時の衝撃吸収のための変形が許容される所定の領域内に設けられ、
前記第2電池は、前記所定の領域外に設けられる、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の車両。 - 前記第2電池は、側面視で、シートを支持する車幅方向のフレーム部材の可動範囲であって、シートの前後方向の位置調整に伴う可動範囲に重ならない範囲に設けられる、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記第2電池は、車両前後方向で前記第1電池に対してオフセットして設けられる、請求項6に記載の車両。
- 前記第1電池及び前記第2電池は、側面視で、シートを支持する車幅方向のフレーム部材の可動範囲であって、シートの前後方向の位置調整に伴う可動範囲に重なる範囲に設けられ、
前記第1電池及び前記第2電池は、車両の上面視で、車両の車幅方向で前記第2電池の両側に前記第1電池が位置する態様で、左右のフレーム部材間に設けられる、請求項1に記載の車両。
