Claims (6)
- 車両の自動運転装置へ電力を供給する電源の異常を検知する異常検知部と、
前記異常検知部によって前記電源の異常が検知された場合に、前記電源に替えて予備電源から前記自動運転装置の正常動作を保障可能な時間である所定時間の間、前記自動運転装置へ電力を供給させる切替部と、
車両事故の発生を検知する事故検知部と、
前記異常検知部によって前記電源の異常が検知されてからの経過時間を計測する計測部と、
前記電源の異常が検知されてから前記車両事故の発生が検知されるまでの前記経過時間を記録する記録部と
を備えることを特徴とする電源監視装置。 - 前記記録部に記録された前記経過時間が所定時間以内か否かを判定する判定部
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源監視装置。 - 前記判定部は、
前記記録部に記録された前記経過時間が所定時間以内である場合に、前記車両事故の原因を自動運転装置の過失と判定し、前記記録部に記録された前記経過時間が所定時間以内でない場合に、前記車両事故の原因を運転者の過失と判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電源監視装置。 - 前記判定部による判定結果を記憶する判定結果記憶部
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の電源監視装置。 - 前記車両が自動運転設定か手動運転設定かを示す設定情報を記憶する設定記憶部
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の電源監視装置。 - 電源監視装置が、
車両の自動運転装置へ電力を供給する電源の異常を検知する異常検知工程と、
前記異常検知工程によって前記電源の異常が検知された場合に、前記電源に替えて予備電源から前記自動運転装置の正常動作を保障可能な時間である所定時間の間、前記自動運転装置へ電力を供給させる切替工程と、
車両事故の発生を検知する事故検知工程と、
前記異常検知工程によって前記電源の異常が検知されてからの経過時間を計測する計測工程と、
前記電源の異常が検知されてから前記車両事故の発生が検知されるまでの前記経過時間を記録する記録工程と
を含むことを特徴とする電源監視方法。
