Abstract
【解決手段】導体ユニット1Aは、同一方向に配列された複数の電池セル2における電極端子群の少なくとも1つの電極端子2aに直接的または間接的に接続される接続導体10Aと、複数の電池セル2の電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニット200に接続される線状導体50と、接続導体10Aと線状導体50との間に接続され、かつ、接続導体10Aと線状導体50との間を過電流が流れたときに溶断する可溶体20と、可溶体20を内在する絶縁性の樹脂モールド部材40と、を備える。接続導体10Aは、樹脂モールド部材40に内在し、かつ、樹脂モールド部材40を保持する保持部100を備える。保持部100は、少なくとも2箇所に離間して形成されている。

Description
実施形態1に係る導体ユニットの固定構造について説明する。図1は、実施形態1に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の外観の一例を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の概略構成を示す斜視図である。図3は、実施形態1に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の概略構成を示す平面図である。図4は、実施形態1に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の概略構成を示す側面図である。なお、図2〜図4については、説明を容易にするために、樹脂モールド部材の記載を省略している(後述する図6〜図8についても同様)。
次に、実施形態2に係る導体ユニットの固定構造について説明する。図5は、実施形態2に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の外観の一例を示す斜視図である。図6は、実施形態2に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の概略構成を示す斜視図である。図7は、実施形態2に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の概略構成を示す平面図である。図8は、実施形態2に係る導体ユニットの固定構造の概略構成を示す側面図である。
なお、上記実施形態1,2では、接続導体10A,10Bに対して、保持部100が2箇所に離間して形成されているが、これに限定されるものではない。図9は、導体ユニットの固定構造の変形例であり、2箇所に離間して形成されていない保持部100の一例を示す図である。図示の保持部100は、接続部13Aと突出部14Cとが接続導体10Cの配列方向に沿って連続して形成されている。この保持部100は、樹脂モールド部材40に内在し、樹脂モールド部材40を保持する。保持部100は、平板状に形成され、突出部14Cに複数の貫通孔14aを備える。各貫通孔14aは、保持部100が樹脂モールド部材40に内在する状態において、樹脂モールド部材40の一部が内在する。

Claims (4)
- 同一方向に配列された複数の電池セルにおける電極端子群の少なくとも1つの電極端子に直接的または間接的に接続される接続導体と、
前記複数の電池セルの電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニットに接続される線状導体と、
前記接続導体と前記線状導体との間に接続され、かつ、前記接続導体と前記線状導体との間を過電流が流れたときに溶断する可溶体と、
前記可溶体を内在する絶縁性の樹脂モールド部材と、を備え、
前記接続導体は、
前記樹脂モールド部材に内在し、かつ、前記樹脂モールド部材を保持する保持部を備え、
前記保持部は、少なくとも2箇所に離間して形成されている
ことを特徴とする導体ユニットの固定構造。 - 複数の前記保持部は、
前記配列方向に直交する方向に突出し、かつ、少なくとも1つが前記可溶体と前記接続導体とを電気的に接続する接続部である
請求項1に記載の導体ユニットの固定構造。 - 前記樹脂モールド部材は、
前記接続導体が前記電極端子に接続された状態で、前記電池セル側に面する外側底面が電池セル側面と同一面または前記電池セル側面よりも前記電池セルと反対側に位置するように成形される
請求項1または2に記載の導体ユニットの固定構造。 - 前記保持部は、平板状に形成され、かつ、少なくとも1つの貫通孔を備え、
前記貫通孔は、前記樹脂モールド部材の一部が内在する
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の導体ユニットの固定構造。
