放熱器から流出した冷媒を減圧させる減圧装置(15a)と、
減圧装置にて減圧された冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(16)と、
減圧装置(15a)の作動を制御する減圧制御部(40)と、を有し、
前記減圧制御部(15a)は、時間優先除霜モード時には、前記蒸発器における冷媒圧力に相関を有する物理量(Ps)が予め定めた除霜基準量(KPs)に近づくように、前記減圧装置の作動を制御する。

なお、Tsetは温度設定スイッチによって設定された車室内設定温度、Trは内気温センサ51によって検出された車室内温度(内気温)、Tamは外気温センサ52によって検出された外気温、Asは日射センサ53によって検出された日射量である。Kset、Kr、Kam、Ksは制御ゲインであり、Cは補正用の定数である。
暖房モードでは、図7の図表に示すように、空調制御装置40が、第1開閉弁21を開き、第2開閉弁22を閉じる。又、第1膨張弁15aについては、減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、第2膨張弁15bについては全閉状態とする。
除湿暖房モードでは、図7の図表に示すように、空調制御装置40が、第1開閉弁21及び第2開閉弁22を開き、第1膨張弁15a及び第2膨張弁15bを絞り状態とする。
冷房モードでは、図7の図表に示すように、空調制御装置40は、第1開閉弁21及び第2開閉弁22を閉じる。又、空調制御装置40は、第1膨張弁15aを全開状態とし、第2膨張弁15bを絞り状態とする。
時間優先除霜モードでは、図7の図表に示すように、空調制御装置40が、第1開閉弁21を開き、第2開閉弁22を閉じる。又、第1膨張弁15aについては、減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、第2膨張弁15bについては全閉状態とする。
時間優先除霜モードでは、図7の図表に示すように、空調制御装置40が、第1開閉弁21を開き、第2開閉弁22を閉じる。又、第1膨張弁15aについては、減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、第2膨張弁15bについては全閉状態とする。
続いて、上述した第1実施形態とは異なる第2実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。第2実施形態に係る車両用空調装置1は、少なくとも駆動源としてエンジンEGを有する車両に適用されている点を除いて、基本的に第1実施形態と同様の構成である。従って、以下の説明において、第1実施形態と同じ符号は、同一の構成を示すものであって、先行する説明を参照する。
以上、実施形態に基づき本発明を説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら限定されるものではない。即ち、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々の改良変更が可能である。例えば、上述した各実施形態を適宜組み合わせても良いし、上述した実施形態を種々変形することも可能である。

Claims (6)
- 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機(11)と、
前記圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を放熱させる放熱器(12)と、
前記放熱器から流出した冷媒を減圧させる減圧装置(15a)と、
前記減圧装置にて減圧された冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(16)と、
前記減圧装置(15a)の作動を制御する減圧制御部(40)と、を有し、
前記減圧制御部(15a)は、時間優先除霜モード時には、前記蒸発器における冷媒圧力に相関を有する物理量(Ps)が予め定めた除霜基準量(KPs)に近づくように、前記減圧装置の作動を制御する冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記蒸発器における冷媒圧力に相関を有する物理量は、前記圧縮機の吸入側における冷媒圧力(Ps)であり、
前記除霜基準量(KPs)は、予め定めた冷媒圧力である請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記減圧制御部(40)は、前記時間優先除霜モードと異なる省動力除霜モード時には、前記圧縮機(11)における除霜運転中の積算消費電力が最小となるように、前記減圧装置(40)の作動を制御する請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記蒸発器(16)の除霜に際して、予め定められた条件を充足しているか否かを判定する判定部(40)と、
前記判定部の判定結果に対応して、前記時間優先除霜モードと、前記省動力除霜モードとの何れかを選択するモード制御部(40)と、を有する請求項3に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記判定部(40)は、前記冷凍サイクル装置が搭載された車両が予め定められた基準速度以上で走行しているか否かを判定し、
前記モード制御部(40)は、前記車両が前記基準速度以上で走行していると判定された場合には、前記時間優先除霜モードを選択し、
前記車両が前記基準速度以上で走行していないと判定された場合には、前記省動力除霜モードを選択する請求項4に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記冷凍サイクル装置が搭載された車両に配置され、前記蒸発器(16)の除霜の為に供給可能な熱を出力する補助熱源(EG)と、を有し、
前記判定部(40)は、前記補助熱源から供給される熱量が予め定められた基準値以上であるか否かを判定し、
前記モード制御部(40)は、前記補助熱源(EG)から供給される熱量が前記基準値以上であると判定された場合には、前記時間優先除霜モードを選択し、
前記補助熱源から供給される熱量が前記基準値以上ではないと判定された場合には、前記省動力除霜モードを選択する請求項4又は5に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
