Description
冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、車室内に配設される第1車室内熱交換器と、車室内において該第1車室内熱交換器の空気流れ上流側に配設される第2車室内熱交換器と、膨張弁と、車室外に配設される車室外熱交換器とを順に冷媒配管により環状に接続してなるヒートポンプ装置と、
上記第1及び第2車室内熱交換器を収容するとともに、該第1及び第2車室内熱交換器に空調用空気を送風する送風機を有し、調和空気を生成して車室に供給するように構成された車室内空調ユニットと、
上記車室外熱交換器の着霜状態を検出する着霜状態検出手段と、
上記ヒートポンプ装置及び上記車室内空調ユニットを制御する空調制御装置とを備えた車両用空調装置であって、
上記ヒートポンプ装置は、上記空調制御装置により、上記圧縮機から吐出した冷媒を上記第1車室内熱交換器及び上記第2車室内熱交換器に流し、上記膨張弁により膨張させて上記車室外熱交換器に流す第1暖房運転モードと、上記圧縮機から吐出した冷媒を上記第1車室内熱交換器に流し、上記第2車室内熱交換器をバイパスした後、上記膨張弁により膨張させて上記車室外熱交換器に流す第2暖房運転モードと、上記圧縮機から吐出した冷媒を上記第1車室内熱交換器に流し、上記第2車室内熱交換器をバイパスした後、上記膨張弁により膨張させることなく、上記車室外熱交換器に流す除霜運転モードとを含む複数の運転モードに切り替えられ、
上記空調制御装置は、上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードが上記第1暖房運転モードにあるときに、上記着霜状態検出手段により上記車室外熱交換器が着霜していると検出された場合には、上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを、上記第2暖房運転モードに切り替えた後、上記除霜運転モードに切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする。
上記空調制御装置は、上記着霜状態検出手段により上記車室外熱交換器の着霜量が第1の着霜量であると検出したときには上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを、上記第2暖房運転モードに切り替え、その後、上記着霜状態検出手段により上記車室外熱交換器の着霜量が第1の着霜量よりも多い第2の着霜量であると検出したときには上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを、上記除霜運転モードに切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする。
上記膨張弁は、上記車室外熱交換器の冷媒入り口側に配設されて上記空調制御装置により制御され、
上記空調制御装置は、上記膨張弁を開方向に制御することにより、上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを上記第2暖房運転モードから上記除霜運転モードに切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、車室内に配設される第1車室内熱交換器と、車室内において該第1車室内熱交換器の空気流れ上流側に配設される第2車室内熱交換器と、膨張弁と、車室外に配設される車室外熱交換器とを順に冷媒配管により環状に接続してなるヒートポンプ装置と、
上記第1及び第2車室内熱交換器を収容するとともに、該第1及び第2車室内熱交換器に空調用空気を送風する送風機を有し、調和空気を生成して車室に供給するように構成された車室内空調ユニットと、
上記車室外熱交換器の着霜状態を検出する着霜状態検出手段と、
上記ヒートポンプ装置及び上記車室内空調ユニットを制御する空調制御装置とを備えた車両用空調装置であって、
上記ヒートポンプ装置は、上記空調制御装置により、上記圧縮機から吐出した冷媒を上記第1車室内熱交換器及び上記第2車室内熱交換器に流し、上記膨張弁により膨張させて上記車室外熱交換器に流す第1暖房運転モードと、上記圧縮機から吐出した冷媒を上記第1車室内熱交換器に流し、上記第2車室内熱交換器をバイパスした後、上記膨張弁により膨張させて上記車室外熱交換器に流す第2暖房運転モードと、上記圧縮機から吐出した冷媒を上記第1車室内熱交換器に流し、上記第2車室内熱交換器をバイパスした後、上記膨張弁により膨張させることなく、上記車室外熱交換器に流す除霜運転モードとを含む複数の運転モードに切り替えられ、
上記空調制御装置は、上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードが上記第1暖房運転モードにあるときに、上記着霜状態検出手段により上記車室外熱交換器が着霜していると検出された場合には、上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを、上記第2暖房運転モードに切り替えた後、上記除霜運転モードに切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置において、
上記空調制御装置は、上記着霜状態検出手段により上記車室外熱交換器の着霜量が第1の着霜量であると検出したときには上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを、上記第2暖房運転モードに切り替え、その後、上記着霜状態検出手段により上記車室外熱交換器の着霜量が第1の着霜量よりも多い第2の着霜量であると検出したときには上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを、上記除霜運転モードに切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両用空調装置において、
上記膨張弁は、上記車室外熱交換器の冷媒入り口側に配設されて上記空調制御装置により制御され、
上記空調制御装置は、上記膨張弁を開方向に制御することにより、上記ヒートポンプ装置の運転モードを上記第2暖房運転モードから上記除霜運転モードに切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
