Abstract
Description
以下、図4及び図5を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図4は、本発明の望ましい第2実施形態に係る貫通穴を介して基板の前面と背面を接続した有機発光ダイオード表示装置の構造を示す平面図である。図5は図4の切り取り線II−II’で切った、本発明の第2実施形態に係る貫通孔を介して基板の前面と背面を接続した有機発光ダイオード表示装置の構造を示す断面図である。
Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板の第1表面に配置された駆動素子と、
前記基板の第2表面に配置された有機発光ダイオードと、
前記第1表面と前記第2表面を貫通する貫通穴と、そして
前記貫通穴を埋め、前記駆動素子と前記有機発光ダイオードを接続する接続端子を含む平面表示装置。 - 前記有機発光ダイオードは、
前記第1表面上でマトリクス方式で配置されたアノード電極と、
前記アノード電極の境界部を覆うバンクと、
前記バンクによって露出された前記アノード電極上に積層された有機発光層と、そして前記有機発光層の上に積層されたカソード電極を含み、
前記貫通穴と前記接続端子は、前記バンクと重畳して配置された、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記駆動素子は、
前記第2表面上から第1方向に進行するスキャン配線と、
前記第2表面上から第2方向に進行するデータ配線及び駆動電流配線と、
前記スキャン配線と前記データ配線間に接続されたスイッチング薄膜トランジスタと、そして
前記スイッチング薄膜トランジスタと前記駆動電流との間に接続された駆動薄膜トランジスタを含み、
前記駆動薄膜トランジスタは、前記接続端子に接続された、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記基板の前記第1表面と対向して面合着するエンキャップ基板と、
前記エンキャップ基板において、前記第1表面と対向する表面で前記バンクと対向配置された補助配線と、そして
隣接する二つの前記補助配線との間に配置されたカラーフィルタをさらに含み、
前記補助配線は、前記カソード電極と接触する、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記貫通穴及び前記接続端子は、
複数が前記バンクに沿って配列された、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記貫通穴及び前記接続端子は、
前記バンクの中から、前記アノード電極の縦方向の境界線に配置された部分に沿って配列された、請求項2に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記貫通穴及び前記接続端子は、
前記バンクの中から、前記アノード電極の横方向の境界線に配置された部分に沿って配列された、請求項2に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記貫通穴は、
前記第1表面に配置された第1穴形状の大きさと前記第2表面に配置された第2穴形状の大きさが同じである、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記貫通穴は、
前記第1表面に配置された第1穴形状の大きさが前記第2表面に配置された第2穴形状の大きさよりさらに大きい、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。 - 前記貫通穴は、
前記第1表面に配置された第1穴形状の大きさが前記第2表面に配置された第2穴形状の大きさよりさらに小さい、請求項1に記載の平面表示装置。
