Claims (13)
- 焼却灰を最大粒径5mm以下に破砕又は分級あるいはこれらの両方を行う破砕装置又は/及び分級装置と、
該破砕装置又は/及び分級装置から排出された最大粒径5mm以下の焼却灰を導体と不導体とに分離する渦電流選別装置と、
該渦電流選別装置から排出された導体を高比重物と低比重物とに分離する比重差選別装置とを備えることを特徴とする焼却灰の処理装置。 - 前記比重差選別装置は、エアテーブルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼却灰の処理装置。
- 前記渦電流選別装置は、ドラムの回転数が4000rpm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の焼却灰の処理装置。
- 前記焼却灰に、団粒化を防止するための改質材を混合する混合装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の焼却灰の処理装置。
- 前記渦電流選別装置から排出された導体を、風力により重量物と軽量物とに分離する風力選別装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の焼却灰の処理装置。
- 焼却灰を最大粒径5mm以下に破砕又は/及び分級し、
該破砕又は/及び分級で得られた最大粒径5mm以下の焼却灰を渦電流選別により導体と不導体とに分離し、

- 前記焼却灰の破砕又は/及び分級の前に、前記焼却灰に、団粒化を防止する改質材を混合することを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 前記渦電流選別で得られた導体を、比重差選別する前に、風力選別により重量物と軽量物とに分離することを特徴とする請求項6、7又は8に記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材は、都市ごみの焼却飛灰、石炭飛灰、石灰石粉及び砂粉砕物から選択される少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材は、前記風力選別により選別された軽量物であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材は、前記焼却灰100質量部に対して15質量部以上50質量部以下加えられることを特徴とする請求項8乃至9のいずれかに記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 前記改質材の粒径は、0.1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項8乃至12のいずれかに記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
