引き続き図5を参照すると、意図されたブロー成形物品に好適な幾何学的形状を有するプリフォーム220が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂のDAK Americas Laser+C91Aから成形された。プリフォーム220は、射出成形プロセスに続く30日間、周囲温度及び湿度条件で平衡化された。
2.結晶化領域CR(サンプル1.1、1.2、1.3...1.X)に対して上述される1つの首部の下部の結晶化領域24Lは、フランジ24Fのすぐ下、又は首部24の中点MPのすぐ下(フランジが無い場合)で開始し、かつ結晶化領域CR(サンプル1.1、1.2、1.3...1.X)に対して上述される首部/肩部遷移箇所の中に、少なくとも10mm延在していると定義され、この結晶化領域CR(サンプル1.1、1.2、1.3...1.X)に対して上述される首部/肩部遷移箇所は、フランジ24Fのすぐ下、又は首部24の中点MPの下から開始し、かつフランジ24Fが存在しない場合、外側の容器22の底部に向けて延在すると定義される。
X=[(ΔHm−ΔHc)/(ΔHm°)×100]
X<5.0であれば、パーセント結晶化度=5.0%となり、そうでなければ、パーセント結晶化度=X%となる。
引き続き、図7を参照すると、図示されたPETサンプルについて、X=(30.9−9.8)/140.1×100=15.1であり、これは、5.0未満でも40.0超でもないため、パーセント結晶化度=15.1%となる。対照的に、異なる具体的なPETサンプルにおいて、X=(35.7−32.0)/140.1×100=2.6であり、これは、5.0未満であるため、パーセント結晶化度=5.0%、又はX=(60.0−0.0)/140.1×100=42.8%であり、これは、40.0%超であるため、パーセント結晶化度=40.0%である。
R=19.2/29.2=0.66又は66%である。
Claims (10)
- 長手方向軸線を有するエアゾールディスペンサーであって、
外側の容器であって、前記外側の容器は、その一端に開口部を含む首部を有し、前記首部は前記開口部に近接した首部の上部及び前記首部の前記上部と並置された首部の下部を有する外側の容器と、
前記首部と並置され、そこから半径方向外側に延在する肩部と、
前記肩部と並置された側壁を有する本体と、
前記側壁に接合した基部と、
前記エアゾールディスペンサーの内容物を選択的に分配するためのバルブアッセンブリとを含み、
前記首部の下部は、結晶化領域を含み、前記結晶化領域は、約10〜約40%結晶化し、前記首部の下部は壁の厚みを有し、前記結晶化領域は、前記首部の下部の前記壁の厚みわたって実質的に結晶化されており、前記首部の上部及び前記首部の下部の両方が、それぞれの結晶化度を有し、前記首部の下部の結晶化度に対する前記首部の上部の前記結晶化度の比率は、少なくとも約2.5:1であることを特徴とする、エアゾールディスペンサー。 - 前記結晶化領域の前記結晶化度は、約12〜約18%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 前記結晶化領域は、2〜5mmの軸方向寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 長手方向軸線を有するエアゾールディスペンサーであって、
外側の容器であって、その一端に開口部を含む外側容器と、
前記開口部の下にあり、首部の上部と首部の下部とを有する首部であって、前記首部の上部は前記首部の上部の結晶化を有し、前記首部の下部は前記首部の下部の結晶化を有し、前記首部の上部の結晶化は、前記首部の下部の結晶化よりも少なくとも10パーセント少なく、前記首部の下部の結晶化度は約15%〜約25%である、首部と、
前記首部と並置され、そこから半径方向外側に延在する肩部と、
前記肩部と並置された側壁と、
前記側壁に接合した基部と、
首部結晶化領域であって、前記結晶化領域は前記首部の下部に配置され、前記首部結晶化領域は首部結晶化百分率を有し、前記側壁は側壁結晶化百分率を有し、前記首部結晶化百分率は前記側壁結晶化百分率の約0.4〜約1.6倍の範囲である首部結晶化領域と、
前記エアゾールディスペンサーの内容物を選択的に分配するためのバルブアッセンブリとを含むことを特徴とする、エアゾールディスペンサー。 - 前記範囲は、1.1〜1.3であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 前記範囲は、0.6〜0.8であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 前記首部を囲み、かつ前記首部を首部の上部と首部の下部とに分割するフランジを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 前記首部の下部は壁の厚みを有し、前記結晶化領域は、前記首部の下部の前記壁の厚みわたって実質的に結晶化されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 前記結晶化領域は、内側表面結晶化度を有する内側表面部と、外側表面結晶化度を有し、内側表面部に対向する外側表面部と、中間壁結晶化度を有するそれらの間の中間壁と、を有する壁を有し、前記内側表面結晶化度及び前記外側表面結晶化度が、前記中間壁結晶化度よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のエアゾールディスペンサー。
- 長手方向軸線を有するエアゾールディスペンサーであって、
外側の容器であって、前記外側の容器は、その一端に開口部を含む首部を有し、前記首部は前記開口部に近接した首部の上部及び前記首部の前記上部と並置された首部の下部を有する外側の容器と、
前記首部と並置され、そこから半径方向外側に延在する肩部と、
前記肩部と並置された側壁を有する本体と、
前記側壁に接合した基部と、
前記エアゾールディスペンサーの内容物を選択的に分配するためのバルブアッセンブリとを含み、
前記首部の下部は、結晶化領域を含み、前記結晶化領域は、約12〜約18%結晶化し、前記首部の上部及び前記首部の下部の両方が、それぞれの結晶化度を有し、前記首部の下部の結晶化度に対する前記首部の上部の前記結晶化度の比率は、少なくとも約2.5:1であることを特徴とする、エアゾールディスペンサー。
