Flacon (1) aérosol en matériau polymère cristallisable réalisé, notamment par soufflage, à partir d'une préforme (10) comportant un col (2) et un corps tubulaire (8) fermé à une extrémité (9) et s'étendant selon un axe longitudinal (X), la préforme (10) comportant, dans le col (2), une première zone (20) et une deuxième zone (21), intermédiaire entre la première zone (20) et le corps tubulaire (8), avec un taux de cristallinité inférieur à celui de la première zone (20) et supérieur à celui du corps tubulaire (8), cette deuxième zone (20) s'étendant axialement sur une hauteur (d) d'au moins 0,5 mm, le matériau polymère du corps tubulaire (8) étant dans un état amorphe.
