Abstract

Invenţia se referă la dopurile pentru astuparea buteliilor.Dopul pentru astuparea buteliilor, în particular a celor de vin, este fabricat din material sintetic, de formă cilindrică pentru a fi introdus în gâtul buteliei. În el este executat cel puţin un canal (2) străpuns longitudinal, în care, în partea de mijloc este situată transversal cel puţin o membrană (3) cu microorificii, care permite trecerea oxigenului din interiorul buteliei în mediul exterior şi viceversa, totodată, membrana este fixată în interiorul unui tub (4), amplasat în canalul străpuns. Mărimea microorificiilor membranei este aleasă astfel, că nu permite trecerea lichidului şi constituie 0,01…0,5 µm. Membrana este fabricată din peliculă de copolimer acrilic, fixată pe un suport din material netextil, iar materialul sintetic din care este fabricat dopul, aparţine unui grup de răşină de polietilenă în care s-a adăugat un agent dilatant.
