Abstract

Inventia se refera la dopurile pentru astuparea buteliilor. Dopul pentru astuparea buteliilor, in particular a celor de vin, este fabricat din material sintetic, de forma cilindrica pentru a fi introdus in gatul buteliei. In el este executat cel putin un canal (2) strapuns longitudinal, in care, inpartea de mijloc este situata transversal cel putin o membrana (3) cu microorificii, care permite trecerea oxigenului din interiorul buteliei in mediul exterior si viceversa, totodata, membrana este fixata in interiorul unui tub (4), amplasat in canalul strapuns. Marimea microorificiilor membranei este aleasa astfel, ca nu permite trecerea lichidului si constituie 0,01…0,5 µm. Membrana este fabricata din pelicula de copolimer acrilic, fixata pe un suport din material netextil, iar materialul sintetic din care este fabricat dopul, apartine unuigrup de rasina de polietilena in care s-a adaugatun agent dilatant.
