Abstract
【解決手段】容器本体101と、容器本体101の開口102を塞ぐ蓋体110とを有する容器100を備える蓄電素子10であって、容器100には、容器本体101と蓋体110との溶接部分である、長尺状の溶接部140が形成されており、溶接部140は、溶接部140の長手方向に並ぶ第一溶接部141と第二溶接部142とを有し、第二溶接部142の、溶接部140における短手方向の幅W2は、第一溶接部141の当該短手方向の幅W1よりも大きく、蓋体110にはガス排出弁170が配置されており、第二溶接部142は、ガス排出弁170の側方に配置されており、第二溶接部142の当該長手方向の長さは、ガス排出弁170の当該長手方向の長さよりも長い。

以上、本発明に係る蓄電素子について、実施の形態及びその変形例に基づいて説明した。しかしながら、本発明は、上記実施の形態及び変形例に限定されるものではない。本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、当業者が思いつく各種変形を上記実施の形態または変形例に施したものも、あるいは、上記説明された複数の構成要素を組み合わせて構築される形態も、本発明の範囲内に含まれる。

Claims (4)
- 容器本体と、前記容器本体の開口を塞ぐ蓋体とを有する容器を備える蓄電素子であって、
前記容器には、前記容器本体と前記蓋体との溶接部分である、長尺状の溶接部が形成されており、
前記溶接部は、前記溶接部の長手方向に並ぶ第一溶接部と第二溶接部とを有し、
前記第二溶接部の、前記溶接部における短手方向の幅は、前記第一溶接部の前記短手方向の幅よりも大きく、
前記蓋体にはガス排出弁が配置されており、
前記第二溶接部は、前記ガス排出弁の側方に配置されており、
前記第二溶接部の前記長手方向の長さは、前記ガス排出弁の前記長手方向の長さよりも長い
蓄電素子。 - 前記第二溶接部は、前記側方から見た場合に、前記ガス排出弁の前記長手方向における全長を含む位置に配置されている
請求項1記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記溶接部の前記長手方向の長さをLとした場合、前記第二溶接部の長さは、0.2L以上、0.8L以下である
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 容器本体と、前記容器本体の開口を塞ぐ蓋体とを有する容器を備える蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記容器本体と前記蓋体との溶接部分である溶接部であって、前記溶接部の長手方向に並ぶ第一溶接部と第二溶接部とを含む溶接部を形成する溶接工程を含み、
前記溶接工程は、
前記容器本体と前記蓋体との直線状の突合せ部分に沿って、レーザビームの照射位置を相対的に直進させることで、前記第一溶接部を形成する直線溶接工程と、
前記レーザビームの照射位置を前記突合せ部分に沿って移動させるとともに、当該移動の方向に対して交差する方向に前記照射位置を動かすことで、前記第二溶接部を形成する非直線溶接工程とを含む
蓄電素子の製造方法。
