Description
Claims (4)
- 一端及び他端を有する溶接ラインに向けて複数回に分けてエネルギービームを照射することによって、積層状態の複数のタブ同士を溶接する電極溶接方法であって、
前記溶接ライン上における前記一端と前記他端との間の点を始点として、前記一端に向かって溶接部を延ばすように前記エネルギービームを連続して照射する第1工程と、
前記溶接ライン上における前記始点よりも前記一端側と前記始点よりも前記他端側との間で溶接部を延ばすように前記エネルギービームを連続して照射する第2工程と、を備える電極溶接方法。 - 前記第2工程では、前記溶接ライン上における前記始点よりも前記他端側から前記始点よりも前記一端側まで溶接部を延ばすように前記エネルギービームを連続して照射する、請求項1に記載の電極溶接方法。
- 前記第2工程では、前記溶接ライン上における前記始点よりも前記一端側から前記始点よりも前記他端側まで溶接部を延ばすように前記エネルギービームを連続して照射する、請求項1に記載の電極溶接方法。
- 前記第1工程と前記第2工程との2回に分けて前記エネルギービームを照射する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電極溶接方法。
