Abstract
Description
分解ガス圧縮システムは、多段階システムであり、圧縮吐出に中間段冷却器(interstage cooler)および後部段冷却器(afterstage cooler)を備えた、複数のガス圧縮機を含む。冷却器は、典型的には、ガス供給からの圧縮熱を取り除く熱交換器であり、その温度を、圧縮吸込み口のおおよその温度まで下げる。冷却器の別の使用目的は、高圧シリンダへ流れるガスの実容量の削減であるが、一方で、凝縮液を取り除くために、インタークーラ(intercooler)の後に分離器が設置される。

Claims (15)
- ガス圧縮機、特に分解ガス圧縮機におけるファウリング防止剤として使用するための洗浄油であって、
式(II)の少なくとも1種の化合物と、
重合抑制剤、酸化防止剤、金属不活性剤、金属捕集剤、腐食防止剤、およびpH調整添加剤を含む群から選択される、少なくとも1種の添加剤と
を含む、洗浄油。 - 式(I)、式(II)、および式(III)の、少なくとも2種、好ましくは少なくとも3種の化合物の混合物を含むことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の洗浄油。 - 式(I)の一置換ベンゼンを0〜10質量%、好ましくは1〜7質量%、最も好ましくは2〜5質量%、
式(II)の二置換ベンゼンを60〜100質量%、好ましくは70〜97質量%、最も好ましくは80〜90質量%、および
式(III)の三置換ベンゼンを0〜5質量%、好ましくは1〜3質量%、最も好ましくは1.5〜2質量%
を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の洗浄油。 - 部分R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、およびR6が、C1〜C12アルキルおよびC3〜C7シクロアルキルを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 部分R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、およびR6が、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル、またはイソ−ブチルを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 前記混合物が、イソプロピルベンゼン(クメン)、少なくとも1種のジイソプロピルベンゼン異性体、および少なくとも1種のトリイソプロピルベンゼン異性体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 前記混合物が、ジイソプロピルベンゼン(DIPB)94〜96質量%、イソプロピルベンゼン(クメン)2〜4質量%、トリイソプロピルベンゼン(TRIPB)1〜2質量%、およびより重質な芳香族炭化水素0.1〜1.0質量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 150℃〜300℃、好ましくは170℃〜250℃、最も好ましくは190℃〜220℃の温度の沸点を特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 前記混合物が、非芳香族化合物を含まない、特に、C1〜C8アルカン、C2〜C8アルケン、および/またはC3〜C8アルキンなどの非芳香族化合物を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 他の熱分解ガス混合物と混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 式(II)の前記少なくとも1種の化合物、または式(I)、式(II)、および式(III)の、前記少なくとも2種、好ましくは前記少なくとも3種の化合物の前記混合物と、重合抑制剤、酸化防止剤、金属不活性剤、金属捕集剤、腐食防止剤、およびpH調整添加剤を含む群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤との比が、1000/1〜10/1、好ましくは500/1〜50/1、最も好ましくは100/1であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- 前記少なくとも1種の重合抑制剤が、芳香族および複素芳香族化合物、特にフェノールおよびN−アリール化合物の群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油。
- ガス圧縮機、特に分解ガス圧縮機におけるファウリング防止剤としての、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄油の使用。
- 洗浄油が、前記ガス圧縮機に、連続的に、または非連続的に、特に、処理されるガスの重量%として、一段あたり0.05〜0.25の連続注入速度で注入されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の洗浄油の使用。
