Claims (7)
- 나프타 접촉 개질 공정, 나프타 열분해 공정, 이성화반응 공정 및/또는 원유 정제공정에서 부산물로 부생되는, 방향족 화합물이 주로 포함되어 있는 탄소수 9개 이상의 유분을 증류탑으로 탄소수 10개를 초과하는 유분을 분별증류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기용 세정오일의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증류탑이 1기 또는 2기인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기용 세정오일의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1기 증류탑의 운전조건은 온도 140∼192℃, 탑정압력 -0.7∼-0.4kg/㎠,g이고, 탑정으로 제거되는 유분의 비점범위는 160∼200℃이며, 탑저유분의 비점범위는 210∼370℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기용 세정오일의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2기 증류탑으로 분리하는 방법은 제1증류탑에서 탑정으로 탄소수 9개 이하인 유분을 분리하고, 탑저 유분을 제2증류탑으로 보내 탑정으로 탄소수가 10개 이하인 유분을 제거하며, 상기 제1증류탑의 운전조건은 온도 140∼192℃, 탑정압력 -0.7∼-0.4kg/㎠,g이고, 탑정유분의 비점범위는 155∼180℃이며, 탑저유분는 183∼338℃이고, 제2증류탑의 운전조건은 온도 161∼235℃, 탑정압력 -0.7∼-0.4kg/㎠,g이고, 탑정유분의 비점범위는 174∼215℃이고, 탑저유분의 비점범위는 210∼370℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기용 세정오일의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조되어 비점범위가 160∼390℃이고, 방향족 화합물의 함량이 70중량% 이상이며, 황화합물의 함량이 0.2중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기용 세정오일.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 초기 비등온도가 160∼230℃이고, 말기 비등온도가 280∼390℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기용 세정오일.
- 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기에서 단별로 세정오일 주입하여 압축기를 세정하는 방법에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 세정오일의 주입량을 1단에 무게비로 100으로 할 때, 2단은 50∼70, 3단은 30∼50, 4단 및 5단은 20∼40으로 주입하는 것을 탄화수소 열분해가스 압축기의 세정방법.
