Claims (20)
- 部品に固定する締結用クリップ組立体において、
前記部品の一部に直接接触して、該物品に対して4つの接触点をもたらす4つの保持脚と、
中央ビームと、該中央ビームから延びる2つの傾斜保持ビームとを備える中央支柱とを具備し、
前記2つの傾斜保持ビームが前記部品に三角形の保持力を及ぼすようにした締結用クリップ組立体。 - 前記4つの保持脚及び前記中央支柱は共に一体的に成形、形成される請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 前記4つの保持脚及び前記中央支柱が前記締結用クリップ組立体を前記部品の丸形の開口にしっかりと結合される請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 前記締結用クリップ組立体は前記中央支柱に連結されたベベル付き先頭ノーズ部を更に備え、該ベベル付き先頭ノーズ部が前記締結用クリップ組立体を前記部品の丸形の開口に導入する請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 4つの保持脚の各々は外方に延びる傾斜延長ビームに連結された可撓性の根元部を有し、
前記傾斜延長ビームは更に内方に傾斜したランプ部に連結されており、該内方に傾斜したランプ部が圧迫されて前記部品の丸形の開口の内縁部内に当接する請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。 - 前記4つの保持脚は前記締結用クリップ組立体の長手方向中心軸の周りに規則的な間隔で配置されている請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 前記締結用クリップ組立体は先頭ノーズ部及び環状カラーを更に備え、前記中央ビームによって、前記先頭ノーズ部と前記環状カラーとの間に圧壊に耐える補強用支持体が形成される請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 前記環状カラーに固定される環状シールを更に備える請求項7に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 前記2つの傾斜保持ビームは二等辺三角形の2つの脚部を形成する請求項1に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
- 固定用システムにおいて、
丸形の開口を有する部品と、
前記部品に固定される締結用クリップ組立体とを具備し、
前記締結用クリップ組立体が、前記丸形の開口に近接して前記部品の一部に直接接触し、該部品に対して4つの接触点をもたらす4つの保持脚と、
中央ビームと、該中央ビームから延びる2つの傾斜保持ビームとを備える中央支柱とを具備し、
前記2つの傾斜保持ビームが前記部品に三角形の保持力を及ぼすようにした固定用システム。 - 前記4つの保持脚及び前記中央支柱は共に一体的に成形、形成される請求項10に記載の固定用システム。
- 前記4つの保持脚及び前記中央支柱が前記締結用クリップ組立体を前記部品の前記丸形の開口にしっかりと結合される請求項10に記載の固定用システム。
- 前記締結用クリップ組立体は前記中央支柱に連結されたベベル付き先頭ノーズ部を更に備え、該ベベル付き先頭ノーズ部が前記締結用クリップ組立体を前記部品の前記丸形の開口に導入する請求項10に記載の固定用システム。
- 4つの保持脚の各々は外方に延びる傾斜延長ビームに連結された可撓性の根元部を有し、前記傾斜延長ビームは更に内方に傾斜したランプ部に連結されており、該内方に傾斜したランプ部が圧迫されて前記部品の前記丸形の開口の内縁部内に当接する請求項10に記載の固定用システム。
- 前記4つの保持脚が前記締結用クリップ組立体の長手方向中心軸の周りに規則的な間隔で配置されている請求項10に記載の固定用システム。
- 前記締結用クリップ組立体は先頭ノーズ部及び環状カラーを更に備え、前記中央ビームによって、前記先頭ノーズ部と前記環状カラーとの間に補強用支持体が圧壊に耐える形成される請求項10に記載の固定用システム。
- 前記締結用クリップ組立体が前記環状カラーに固定される環状シールを更に備える請求項16に記載の固定用システム。
- 前記2つの傾斜保持ビームは二等辺三角形の2つの脚部を形成する請求項16に記載の固定用システム。
- 部品に固定する締結用クリップ組立体において、
前記部品の一部に直接接触し、該部品に対して4つの接触点をもたらす4つの保持脚であって、4つの保持脚の各々は外方に延びる傾斜延長ビームに連結された可撓性の根元部を有し、前記傾斜延長ビームは更に内方に傾斜したランプ部に連結されており、該内方に傾斜したランプ部が圧迫されて前記部品の丸形の開口の内縁部内に当接するように構成されており、前記4つの保持脚は該締結用クリップ組立体の長手方向中心軸の周りに規則的な間隔で配置されている4つの保持脚と、
中央ビームと、該中央ビームから延びる2つの傾斜保持ビームとを備える中央支柱であって、前記2つの傾斜保持ビームは二等辺三角形の2つの脚部を形成し、前記2つの傾斜保持ビームは前記部品に三角形の保持力を及し、前記4つの保持脚及び該中央支柱が、該締結用クリップ組立体を前記部品の前記丸形の開口にしっかりと結合されるようにした中央支柱と、
前記中央支柱に連結された環状カラーと、
前記中央支柱に連結されたベベル付き先頭ノーズ部とを具備し、
該ベベル付き先頭ノーズ部は該締結用クリップ組立体を前記部品の前記丸形の開口に導入するように構成されており、
前記中央ビームによって、前記先頭ノーズ部と前記環状カラーとの間に圧壊に耐える補強用支持体が形成され、
前記4つの保持脚と、前記中央支柱と、前記環状カラーと、前記ベベル付き先頭ノーズ部とが単一部片として共に一体的に成形、形成される締結用クリップ組立体。 - 前記環状カラーに固定される環状シールを更に備える請求項19に記載の締結用クリップ組立体。
