Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 0.1重量%〜3重量%のMnおよび0.01重量%以下のBを含む鋼製の鋼基材と、前記鋼基材に形成され、Alを主成分として、合計で20重量%以下の他の合金元素を含有してもよい保護被覆とからなる熱間成形用の平鋼製品であって、前記保護被覆は、付加的な合金成分として、合計で0.1重量%〜0.5重量%の少なくとも1種のアルカリ土類金属または遷移金属を含み、前記アルカリ土類金属または遷移金属の酸化物が、前記平鋼製品の熱間成形中に前記保護被覆の外表面上に形成されることを特徴とする、平鋼製品。
- 前記保護被覆は、付加的な合金成分として、合計で0.1重量%〜0.5重量%のMgを含み、少なくとも700℃の加熱温度での前記平鋼製品の熱間成形後に、酸化マグネシウム(MgO)が、前記保護被覆の外表面上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平鋼製品。
- 前記保護被覆は、3重量%〜15重量%のSi含有量を有するAlSi被覆であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の平鋼製品。
- 前記保護被覆は、5重量%以下のFeを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の平鋼製品。
- 前記保護被覆のMg含有量は、0.4重量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の平鋼製品。
- 前記保護被覆は、溶融浸漬被覆によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の平鋼製品。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の平鋼製品の熱間プレス成形によって製造される鋼製部材。
- 前記付加的な合金成分は、周囲に対する前記保護被覆の仕上げとなる200nm以下の厚みを有する層中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の鋼製部材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の平鋼製品を製造するための方法であって、 0.1重量%〜3重量%のMnおよび0.01重量%以下のBを含む鋼から製造された平鋼製品の形の鋼基材を準備する作業ステップと、
前記鋼基材を、0.1重量%〜0.5重量%の前記アルカリ土類金属または遷移金属の群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の合金成分を含むとともに、合計で20重量%以下の他の合金元素も含んでもよい、Alを主成分とする保護被覆で被覆する作業ステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記アルカリ土類金属または遷移金属の群から選ばれる前記少なくとも1種の合金成分は、Mgによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記保護被覆は、溶融浸漬被覆によって前記鋼基材に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項8〜9のいずれか一項に記載の鋼製部材を製造するための方法であって、
請求項10または11に記載の方法のいずれか一項を使用することによって平鋼製品を製造する作業ステップと、
前記平鋼製品を熱間成形のための加熱温度に加熱する作業ステップであって、前記加熱を、周囲雰囲気またはH2O還元雰囲気下で実施する作業ステップと、
前記平鋼製品を熱間成形して前記鋼製部材を得る作業ステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記加熱温度の高さは、成形の開始時に、前記平鋼製品が、前記鋼基材の微細組織がオーステナイト系となる熱間成形温度を有する程度であること、および前記平鋼製品が成形後または成形の過程で急冷され、硬化した微細組織が、前記平鋼製品の前記鋼基材の前記微細組織中に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱温度は、少なくとも700℃であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
