Abstract

前記溶剤は、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノール、テトラヒドロフラン、トルエン、メチル-t-ブチルエーテル、ジオキサン、DMF等から選択されたものである。
好ましくは、本発明は、窒素の保護下で、水素ガス圧が0.5〜10MPaであり、アルカリの使用量が1.0〜3.0モル当量であり、有機溶剤中で、α-ケト酸であるAで表される化合物から、0.00001〜0.01モル当量のキラルスピロピリジルアミノホスフィンリガンド錯体(M)の触媒により、Bで表される化合物を得るという技術手段を採用する。

- 前記R1は、フェニル基、置換されたフェニル基、ナフチル基、置換されたナフチル基である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記Rは、4-tBuである請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリは、ナトリウム-t-ブトキシド、カリウム-t-ブトキシドである請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 窒素の保護下で、水素ガス圧が0.5〜10MPaであり、アルカリの使用量が1.0〜3.0モル当量であり、有機溶剤中で、化学式(A)で表される化合物から、0.00001〜0.01モル当量のキラルスピロピリジルアミノホスフィンリガンド錯体(M)の触媒により、(B)で表される化合物を得ることを特徴とする請求項1、3から5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 窒素の保護下で、水素化内管に化学式(A)で表される化合物、1.0〜3モル当量の水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、ナトリウム-t-ブトキシド又はカリウム-t-ブトキシド、0.0001〜0.01モル当量の触媒M及び溶剤を加え、当該反応内管を高圧反応釜に入れ、水素ガスを圧力0.5〜10MPaまで充填し、10〜90℃で攪拌し1〜30時間反応させて前記化学式(B)で表される化合物を得ることを特徴とする請求項1、3から5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記溶剤は、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノール、テトラヒドロフラン、トルエン、メチル-t-ブチルエーテル、ジオキサン、DMFから選択されたものである請求項1に記載の製造方法。
