Claims (8)
- タービンのようなターボマシンの部材のためのリング支持体(19)を製造する方法であって、
密封ライニング(2)が内面に装着されて前記内面と反対の外面に取付レールが装着される円錐セクタの周囲に前記支持体が延在し、前記リング支持体(19)から径方向外向き方向に立ち上がるカラー(17)により限定される陥没部(16)を前記取付レールが含む、前記リング支持体の製造方法であって、
前記内面と前記外面との間の距離と前記カラーの高さとの和に等しい厚さを持つ少なくとも1枚の平面金属プレート(8)から始めることと、
単数または複数の前記平面金属プレートを一緒に曲げて溶接し閉環の円筒シュラウド(9)を形成することと、
前記円筒シュラウドを工具で曲げて円錐シュラウド(10)を形成することと、
前記円錐シュラウドの前記外面(14)を機械加工して前記取付レールをその上に形成することと、
前記円錐シュラウドシェルを切断して前記リング支持体(19)に対応するセクタに分割することと、
を含むことを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 曲げと成形とで構成されるステップが低温で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記円筒シュラウドが成形される前記工具が、径方向拡張部を伴うジョー(11)の円形列と、前記円形列を囲繞する外側静止リング(12)とを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記円筒シュラウド(9)が、2回のジョー拡張部通過の際に前記工具で成形され、2回の拡張部通過の間に前記ジョー(11)の間の角度ステップにより旋削加工されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ジョーと前記静止リングとが正中面について対称な二重円錐輪郭を有し、前記円錐シュラウド(10)が二重円錐であることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リング支持体の前記内面(13)が表面エリアの大部分にわたって機械加工を受けないことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記円錐シュラウドの前記外面の機械加工が、前記取付レールを成形する旋削加工と、前記リング支持体(19)の中央部分での不連続なフライス加工作業部(22)とを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 2枚または3枚の前記平面金属プレートが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
