Abstract
Description
攪拌機及び冷却器を備え、窒素でブランクした(blanked)反応器に、混合物Aを入れた。攪拌反応器に85℃で、混合物B、混合物Cの7%、混合物Dの1.7%及び混合物Eの10.4%を添加した。発熱反応が起こり、反応器がピーク温度に達した後、加熱及び攪拌を85℃で5分間続けた。混合物Cの残りと混合物Dの8.7%を90分かけて徐々に反応器に加えた。添加が完了した後、反応器を85℃で15分間維持した。混合物Eの24.3%を反応器に添加した。混合物F及び混合物Dの24.3%を90分かけて徐々に反応器に添加した。添加が完了した後、反応器を85℃で15分間保持した。混合物Eの21.9%を反応器に添加した。混合物G及び21.9%の混合物Dを60分かけて徐々に反応器に添加した。添加が完了した後、反応器を85℃で15分間保持した。混合物Eの残りを反応器に添加した。混合物H及び残りの混合物Dを60分かけて徐々に反応器に添加した。添加が完了した後、反応器を85℃で15分間保持し、次いで周囲温度に冷却した。

Claims (15)
- ポリマーブレンドであって、
(1)前記ポリマーブレンドの総重量に基づいて20〜90重量部のポリ塩化ビニル樹脂と、
(2)前記ポリマーブレンドの総重量に基づいて10〜80重量部の可撓性アクリルポリマーであって、
(a)アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択された1つ以上のモノマーから誘導された単位95重量パーセント超と、架橋モノマーもしくはグラフト結合モノマー、またはそれらの組み合わせから誘導された単位0.1〜5重量パーセントと、を含む架橋コアであって、前記架橋コアは−85〜−10℃のTgを有する、架橋コアと、
(b)1つ以上の中間層を含む中間領域であって、前記中間層の各々は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択される1つ以上のモノマーから誘導された単位88.5〜100重量パーセント、架橋モノマーもしくはグラフト結合モノマー、またはそれらのうちの2つ以上の組み合わせから誘導された単位0〜5重量パーセント、必要に応じて1つ以上の連鎖移動剤から誘導された単位0〜2.0重量パーセントを含み、前記中間層間には組成勾配が存在し、前記組成勾配は下方のTgと上方のTgとの間で遷移し、前記下方のTgが少なくとも−30℃であり、前記上方のTgが70℃以下である、中間領域と、
(c)最外層であって、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、スチレン系モノマー、及びそれらのうちの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される1つ以上のモノマーから誘導された単位98.5〜100重量パーセント、1つ以上の連鎖移動剤から誘導された単位0〜1.5重量パーセントを含み、かつ40℃〜110℃のTgを有する、最外層と、を含む、可撓性アクリルポリマーと、を含む、ポリマーブレンド。 - 前記可撓性アクリルポリマーが、以下の特性のうちの1つ以上:(a)前記最外層のTgが50〜97℃、(b)前記架橋コアのTgが−55〜−30℃、を示す、請求項1に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記架橋コアの前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーが、ブチルアクリレート、エチルヘキシルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記(1つ以上の)中間層の前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーが、ブチルアクリレート、エチルヘキシルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリルレート、シクロペンチルメタクリレート、テトラヒドロフルフリルメタクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート及びこれらのうちの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記最外層の前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーが、ブチルアクリレート、エチルヘキシルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、及びこれらのうちの2つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記架橋コアが、少なくとも95重量パーセントのブチルアクリレート単位と、0.1〜5.0重量パーセントのブタンジオールジアクリレートとアリルメタクリレートとの組み合わせ単位と、を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記1つ以上の中間層がそれぞれ、ブチルアクリレート及びメチルメタクリレートから誘導された単位を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記1つ以上の中間層がそれぞれ、エチルアクリレート及びメチルメタクリレートから誘導された単位を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーブレンド。
- 前記最外層が、エチルアクリレートモノマーとメチルメタクリレートモノマーとの組み合わせから誘導された単位を95重量パーセントよりも多く含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーブレンド。

ポリマーブレンドであって、
(1)前記ポリマーブレンドの総重量に基づいて、20〜90重量パーセントのポリ塩化ビニル樹脂と、
(2)前記ポリマーブレンドの総重量に基づいて、10〜80重量パーセントの可撓性アクリルポリマーであって、
(a)アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択された1つ以上のモノマーから誘導された単位95重量パーセント超と、架橋モノマーもしくはグラフト結合モノマー、またはそれらの組み合わせから誘導された単位0.1〜5重量パーセントと、を含む架橋コアであって、前記架橋コアは−85〜−10℃のTgを有する、架橋コアと、
