Abstract
Description
一般式Si(OR2)4で表される少なくとも1つのアルコキシシラン及び任意に一般式SiR1(OR2)3(式中、R1及びR2は、有機ラジカルである。)で表されるアルキル化アルコキシシランを、水溶液中で、酸又は酸エステルと混合する工程と、
反応を行い、一般式SiaR1 bOc(OR2)dで表される化合物を得る工程と、
標準条件(SATP:25℃、1.013バール)下で、基質1gに対し1Mのシュウ酸15mLと20%の塩酸水溶液15mLから成る混合物に添加した後、特に60秒後、少なくとも4℃の温度上昇を生じさせる少なくとも1つの酸化顔料と、少なくとも1つの溶媒と、を混合する工程と、
を含む、発明性のある水性コーティング組成物の製造方法に関する。
実施例1:ソルゲルマトリクスの調製
テトラエトキシシラン(TEOS)(15.44重量%)と、メチルトリエトキシシラン(MTES)(66.18重量%)を混合し、
次いで、そこに、H2O(9.18重量%)とリン酸エステルHordaphos CCMS(0.02重量%)を添加し、
該混合物をスターラープレート上で一晩攪拌し、
H2O(9.18重量%)を再び添加する。
1−メトキシ−2−プロパノール溶媒(57.85重量%)を最初に充填し、ソルゲル混合物を適切な固体濃度に希釈し、
次いで、ソルゲル混合物(15.03重量%)を添加し、
湿潤分散剤TEGO Dispers 710(2.10重量%)を添加し、
最後に、Kremer Pigmente GmbH & Co. KG社製の顔料スピネルブラック47400“deepest black(Fe,Mn)(Fe,Mn)2O4”を添加し、
攪拌機(Scandex)による分散のために、0.4〜0.6mmの酸化ジルコニウム粉砕用ビーズ(約30g)を添加し、
該攪拌機で、該分散混合物を少なくとも2時間、好ましくは10時間分散させ、
分散終了後、該粉砕用ビーズを、沈殿又は濾過により取り除く。
コーティングされる基材として、ガラス基材を使用し、
コーティングする前に、該ガラス基材を有機溶媒(イソプロパノール)で洗浄し、脱イオン水ですすぎ、次いで窒素で乾燥させ、
以下のパラメータ:500rpmで10秒、次いで2000rpmで30秒のスピンコーティング法により該分散液を塗布し、
該溶媒を徐々に取り除き、塗布層のひび割れを防ぐために、硬化前にプリベーク工程を行い(ホットプレート上で100℃で10分)、プリベーク後、温度を(約10〜15分以内で)徐々に350℃まで上昇させ、
ホットプレート上にて350℃で1時間、硬化させる。
Claims (14)
- (i)一般式SiaR1 bOc(OR2)d(式中、a≧2、b≧0、c≧1、d≧5であり、かつR1及びR2は、有機ラジカルである。)で表される少なくとも1つの無機結合剤と、
(ii)少なくとも1つの溶媒と、
(iii)基質1gに対し、1Mのシュウ酸15mL、及び20%の塩酸水溶液15mLのみから成る混合物の添加後に標準条件下で少なくとも4℃の温度上昇を生じさせる少なくとも1つの酸化顔料と、
を含む液体コーティング組成物。 - 前記顔料が、1より多い酸化状態の(半)金属の混合酸化物を基質とする顔料、及び/又はそれぞれ1以上の酸化状態の少なくとも2つの(半)金属の少なくとも2つの混合酸化物を基質とする顔料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 混合鉄マンガン酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 銅含有混合鉄マンガン酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合鉄マンガン酸化物が、酸化マンガン(II)、酸化マンガン(III)、酸化鉄(II)、酸化鉄(III)、及び酸化銅(II)の焼成により得られることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記顔料が、カラーインデックス指定がピグメントブラック26の顔料から成る群に割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の総質量に対する前記酸化顔料の割合が、10〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- R1及びR2が、−CH3、−CH2CH3、−CH2CH2CH3、−CH(CH3)2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 一般式SiaR1 bOc(OR2)dで表される前記無機結合剤が、SiCH3(OCH2CH3)3とSi(OCH2CH3)4の混合物から調製されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの前記溶媒が、アルコール、アルキルエステル、アルコキシアルコール、及び/又はアルコキシアルキルエステルから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの前記溶媒が、1−メトキシ−2−プロパノール、乳酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、安息香酸エチル、酢酸プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、トリ(エチレングリコール)モノエチルエーテル、エタノール、イソプロパノール、及びブタノールのみから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 一般式Si(OR2)4で表される少なくとも1つのアルコキシシラン及び任意に一般式SiR1(OR2)3(式中、R1及びR2は、有機ラジカルである。)で表されるアルキル化アルコキシシランを、水溶液中で、酸又は酸エステルと混合する工程と、
反応を行い、一般式SiaR1 bOc(OR2)dで表される化合物を得る工程と、
標準条件下で、基質1gに対し1Mのシュウ酸15mLと20%の塩酸水溶液15mLから成る混合物を添加した後、少なくとも4℃の温度上昇を生じさせる少なくとも1つの酸化顔料と、少なくとも1つの溶媒と、を混合する工程と、
を含む請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載されるコーティング組成物の製造方法。 - 非導電性コーティング、特にブラックマトリクスを製造するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載されるコーティング組成物の使用。
- 基材を、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載される液体コーティング組成物でコーティングし、任意に乾燥し、次いで硬化させる、基材の非導電性コーティングの製造方法。
