Claims (25)
- 溶接作業を特徴付けるシステム(10)であって、
(a)データ生成コンポーネント(100)であって、
(i)取付具であって、前記取付具の幾何学的特徴は既定である、取付具と、
(ii)前記取付具上に取り付けられるように適合された被加工物であって、溶接対象である少なくとも1つの結合部を含み、前記溶接対象である結合部に沿って延在するベクトルは作業経路を定義し、前記作業経路は、線形、曲線、円形、又はこれらの組合せである、被加工物と、
(iii)少なくとも1つの較正装置(93)であって、それぞれの較正装置(93)は、それと一体である少なくとも2つのポイントマーカーを更に含み、前記ポイントマーカーと前記作業経路との間の幾何学的関係は既定である、少なくとも1つの較正装置(93)と、
(iv)溶接ツールであって、前記溶接対象である結合部において溶接を形成するように動作可能であり、ツールポイント及びツールベクトルを定義し、前記溶接ツールに装着されたターゲットを更に含み、前記ターゲットは、既定のパターンにおいてその上に取り付けられた複数のポイントマーカーを更に含み、前記ポイントマーカーの既定のパターンは、剛体を定義するように動作可能である、溶接ツールと
を更に含む、データ生成コンポーネント(100)と、
(b)データキャプチャコンポーネント(200)であって、前記ポイントマーカーの画像をキャプチャする撮像システムを更に含むデータキャプチャコンポーネント(200)と、
(c)データ処理コンポーネント(300)であって、前記データキャプチャコンポーネント(200)から情報を受信し、且つ、次いで、
(i)前記撮像システムによって観察可能である三次元空間との関係における前記作業経路の位置及び向き、
(ii)前記剛体との関係における前記ツールポイントの位置及び前記ツールベクトルの向き、及び
(iii)前記作業経路との関係における前記ツールポイントの位置及び前記ツールベクトルの向き
を算出するように動作可能であるデータ処理コンポーネント(300)と
を含むシステム。 - 前記撮像システムは、複数のデジタルカメラ(1306)を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのフィルタが、画像の信号対ノイズ比を改善するために前記ポイントマーカーから反射又は放出される波長のみからの光を許容するため、前記複数のデジタルカメラのそれぞれの光学シーケンスに組み込まれている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像システムは、前記複数のデジタルカメラによって観察可能である少なくとも1つの動的な対象領域を更に含み、前記動的な対象領域は、前記剛体の予め既知の位置の使用によって判定され、画像情報は、前記動的な対象領域内からのみ収集及び処理される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のデジタルカメラは、前記被加工物の上方において位置決めされた少なくとも1つのデジタルカメラと、前記被加工物の下方において位置決めされた少なくとも1つのデジタルカメラとを含む、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記被加工物はパイプを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路の前記位置及び向きは、前記取付具に対して既知の並進及び回転オフセットにおいて配置される較正装置と一体である少なくとも2つのポイントマーカーを使用して較正され、前記取付具は、前記作業経路に対して既知の並進及び回転オフセットにおいて前記被加工物を保持する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路の前記位置及び向きは、前記作業経路に対して既知の並進及び回転オフセットにおいて前記被加工物を保持する取付具上に配置された少なくとも2つのポイントマーカーを使用して較正される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路は非線形であり、三次元空間内の前記作業経路の前記位置及び向きは、少なくとも2つのポイントマーカーを含む較正装置を使用してマッピングされることができ、前記作業経路は、その上の複数の異なるポイントにおける前記較正装置の配置を決定する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路は円形である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路の前記位置及び向きは、前記システム動作の全体に含まれる既定のシーケンスステップに基づき、そのオリジナルの較正プレーンからの既定の並進及び回転オフセットを受ける、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像システムによって観察可能である前記三次元空間との関係における前記作業経路の前記位置及び向き、又はその既定のセグメントの位置及び向きは、三次元CADモデルから取得され、前記三次元CADモデルの座標系は、前記撮像システムの座標系との関係において既知である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記三次元CADモデルは、前記作業経路セグメントを定義する線形又は曲線ポイントの定義を含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも3つの較正ポイントが、前記三次元CADモデル上及び前記取付具上の両方に配置されている、請求項12又は13に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像システムを有する前記取付具上の前記少なくとも3つの較正ポイントの位置を計測し、及び次いで前記計測を前記三次元CADモデルのオリジナルの較正ポイントと比較することにより、位置及び向きのシフトが前記三次元CADモデルに適用される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路の前記位置及び向きは、チェーンを形成する1つ又は複数の作業経路セグメントから構成されており、連続的なセグメントは、1つのセグメントの終了点及び次のセグメントの開始点において作業経路点を共有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記溶接ツールの前記ツールポイント及びツールベクトルの較正は、着脱可能な較正装置内に統合された2つ以上のポイントマーカーを使用して実行され、前記較正装置内の前記ポイントマーカーは、前記溶接ツールの前記ツールポイントに対して既知のオフセットを有するツールベクトルに沿って配置されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記溶接ツールの前記ツールポイントの較正は、前記溶接ツールの先端を較正装置に挿入することによって実行され、前記被加工物との関係における前記較正装置の位置及び向きは既定である、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路との関係におけるツールの位置、向き、速度、及び加速度のうちの少なくとも1つの値を算出し、次いで、前記値は、既知の且つ好ましい手順からの逸脱を判定するために、既定の好ましい値と比較され、前記逸脱は、技術レベルの評価、訓練用のフィードバックの提供、技術目標に向かう進捗の評価、及び品質管理目的のうちの少なくとも1つのために使用される、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記剛体を定義する前記ポイントマーカーは、使用時に前記溶接ツールの広い範囲の回転及び向きの変化を収容する多平面構成において前記溶接ツールに付着されている、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記剛体を定義する前記ポイントマーカーは、使用時に前記溶接ツールの広い範囲の回転及び向きの変化を収容する球面構成において前記溶接ツールに付着されている、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記受動型又は能動型ポイントマーカーは、使用時に前記溶接ツールの広い範囲の回転及び向きの変化を収容するリング構成において前記溶接ツールに付着されている、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作業経路との関係におけるツールの位置、向き、速度、及び加速度のうちの少なくとも1つの値を算出し、次いで、前記値は、既知の且つ好ましい手順からの逸脱を判定するために、既定の好ましい値と比較され、前記逸脱は、技術レベルの評価、訓練用のフィードバックの提供、技術目標に向かう進捗の評価、及び品質管理目的のうちの少なくとも1つのために使用される、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記取付具は、フレームを含み、
前記フレームは、前記被加工物を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、
前記フレームは、その上に取り付けられた複数のデジタルカメラを含み、
それぞれのデジタルカメラは、異なる角度から前記被加工物の画像をキャプチャする、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載のシステムを使用することを特徴とする、溶接作業を特徴付ける方法。
