Abstract
Description
・ 所定の順回転角による順回転と、
・ 否定の場合には、所定の最大順回転角に達するまで追加的な順回転が続く、起こり得る停止状態(possible stall state)の検出と、
・ 所定の逆回転角による逆回転と、
・ 否定の場合には、所定の最大逆回転角に達するまで追加的な逆回転が続く、起こり得る停止状態の検出と、を含んでいる。
Claims (10)
- エンジンの駆動軸に作用する電動モータを使用し、
前記エンジンを停止するときに作動される位置決めステップと、始動制御後に作動されるスイッチングオンステップと、を設け、前記エンジンを始動する方法であって、前記位置決めステップは、
・ 所定の順回転角による順回転と、
・ 否定の場合には、所定の最大順回転角に達するまで追加的な順回転が続く、起こり得る停止状態の検出と、
・ 所定の逆回転角による逆回転と、
・ 否定の場合には、所定の最大逆回転角に達するまで追加的な逆回転が続く、起こり得る停止状態の検出と、を含むエンジン始動プロセス。 - 前記停止状態は、電気センサ(電流センサ)によって前記電動モータへの電流供給に関する情報を受け取るエンジンモニタリングユニット(EMU)によって検出される、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記停止状態は、前記電動モータの固定子の位相センサによって検出された位相パルスの数に関する情報を受け取るエンジンモニタリングユニット(EMU)によって検出される、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記電動モータの固定子には、前記エンジンをモニタリングして、前記エンジンの電力供給、すなわち点火プラグと可燃混合気の供給とを調節するユニット(ECU)に送られる、前記固定子に対する前記回転子の回転方向を表す信号を生成するセンサが備えられている、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記第1の順回転の前記所定の順回転角は、350°〜700°の間の角度である、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記最大順回転角は、前記位相センサによって検出された位相パルスの数Nによって決定される、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記第1の順回転の前記所定の逆回転角は、350°〜700°の間の角度である、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記最大逆回転角は、前記位相センサによって検出された位相パルスの数Mによって決定される、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記エンジンの始動を決定する順回転を提供するスイッチングオンステップを含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
- 前記始動が実施されないとき、前記スイッチングオンステップまで、前記位置決めステップでは逆回転によって位置決めを実行し、または所定回数X繰り返し、最後に故障状況を示す、請求項9に記載のエンジン始動プロセス。
