Claims (8)
- 第1のガス空間(13)を内包する第1のケーシング(10)と、
前記第1のガス空間(13)を充填するための第1のインフレータと、
前記第1のガス空間(13)の排気または前記第1のケーシング(10)の形状を能動的に制御するための少なくとも1つの制御デバイスであり、前記制御デバイスは、第2のガス空間(43)を内包する第2のケーシング(42)と、前記第2のガス空間(43)を充填するためのガス源とを含み、前記第2のガス空間は永久縁部接続によって境界され、前記ガス源による前記第2のガス空間(43)の充填に起因して前記制御デバイスの状態が変化する、少なくとも1つの当該制御デバイスとを含むエアバッグモジュールであって、
前記制御デバイスは、その第1の端部(62)が少なくとも間接的に、前記第1のケーシングに永久に接続されており、その第2の端部(64)が、第2のガス空間(43)が充填されていない場合にティアシーム(49)によって前記第2のケーシング(42)に縫い付けられており、第2のガス空間(43)が充填される場合に前記第2のケーシング(42)から分離される、制御要素をさらに含み、
前記ティアシームは少なくとも2つの点において前記縁部接続に接触または交差し、それによって、前記ティアシームは、前記充填されていない第2のガス空間(43)を、前記ティアシームによって分離される2つの領域(43a、43b)に分割することを特徴とする、エアバッグモジュール。 - 前記ティアシーム(49)の、前記制御要素を前記第2のケーシング(42)に接続する区画は、U字形状、V字形状、W字形状、またはω字形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ティアシーム(49)は蛇行形状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のガス空間(43)は洋梨形状に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のケーシング(42)は単体のブランクから製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のケーシング(42)は、その縁部領域において少なくとも3層で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記第2のケーシング(42)は少なくとも前記ガス源とともに気密性ユニットを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ティアシーム(49)は正確に2つの点において前記制御要素の前記縁部に交差することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の一項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
