Claims (10)
- 密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)であって、長手方向(X)および前記長手方向(X)に垂直である横方向(Y)を有し、さらに、
半硬質プラスチック材料の第1のシート(2)と、
製品(5)の一回分を含有する密封ポケット(4)を規定するために、半硬質プラスチック材料の前記第1のシート(2)に重ね合わされ、かつ前記第1のシート(2)に対して密封される軟質プラスチック材料の第2のシート(3)と、
事前弱体化領域(6)であって、前記第1のシート(2)を通り抜ける前記製品(5)のための出口開口の形成を引き起こすために、前記密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)の折り曲げに続いて、前記事前弱体化領域(6)に対応する前記第1のシート(2)の制御された破壊を誘導するように、横方向に延びかつ前記第1のシート(2)の中央領域に得られる前記事前弱体化領域(6)と、を有し、
前記事前弱体化領域(6)は、横方向に向けられかつ前記第1のシート(2)の内部表面(8)を通って得られる単一内部切り込み(7)と、横方向に向けられ、前記第1のシート(2)の外部表面(10)を通って得られ、かつ前記単一内部切り込み(7)に対して横方向にずらされ、長手方向に前記単一内部切り込み(7)と整列している単一外部切り込み(9)と、を備え、
前記密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)は、
前記単一外部切り込み(9)が、前記第1のシート(2)の半分だけに影響を及ぼすように、前記第1のシート(2)内に非対称に配置され、
前記単一外部切り込み(9)が、2mmから5mmに及ぶ前記第1のシート(2)の外部エッジからの距離(D1)に配置され、
前記単一外部切り込み(9)の最大深さ(P1)が、前記単一内部切り込み(7)の最大深さ(P2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。 - 前記単一外部切り込み(9)が、前記外部表面(10)上への前記単一内部切り込み(7)の投影に決して重ね合わされないように、前記単一外部切り込みは、前記単一内部切り込み(7)に対して横方向に完全にずらされるように配置される、請求項1に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
- 前記単一外部切り込み(9)の中央端部は、横方向に測定されかつ2mmから8mmに及ぶ前記単一内部切り込み(7)の中央端部からの距離(D2)に配置される、請求項2に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
- 前記単一外部切り込み(9)の前記最大深さ(P1)は、前記単一内部切り込み(7)の前記最大深さ(P2)の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1、2または3に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
- 前記単一外部切り込み(9)の前記最大深さ(P1)は、100ミクロンから200ミクロンに及ぶ、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
- 前記単一内部切り込み(7)の前記最大深さ(P2)は、30ミクロンから70ミクロンに及ぶ、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。

- 前記単一外部切り込み(9)の側方端部は、前記第1のシート(2)を前記第2のシート(3)に接合する溶接接合部の前記外部表面(10)上への投影に重ね合わされる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
- 前記単一内部切り込み(7)は、横方向にかつその長さに沿って、可変深さを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
- 前記単一外部切り込み(9)は、横方向にかつその長さに沿って、可変深さを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の密封単回投与破壊開封パッケージ(1)。
