Description
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関用エンジンマウントの取付構造であって、前記取付構造が、エンジンマウント取付用の軸を有する取付部品と、内燃機関取付用ブラケットと、を含み、前記ブラケットが、前記軸と実質的に平行な方向に前記取付部品を収容するように配置され、前記ブラケットに前記取付部品を保持させるかまたは前記ブラケットから前記取付部品を解放させるように操作可能な機構を含み、前記取付部品が前記ブラケットに収容される方向に対して実質的に垂直な方向に沿って前記機構がアクセス可能である、取付構造。
- 前記取付部品がエンジンマウントにはめ込まれたとき、前記取付部品がアクセス可能な実質的に円筒形の部分を有し、前記取付部品の前記軸が前記円筒形の部分の軸である、請求項1に記載の取付構造。
- 前記取付部品がスピゴットである、請求項1または2に記載の取付構造。
- 前記取付部品がカラーを通って伸びる締結具を含む、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の取付構造。
- 前記ブラケットに前記取付部品を保持または前記ブラケットから前記取付部品を解放させるように操作可能な前記機構がクランプである、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の取付構造。
- 前記クランプが、前記ブラケットの一部を通って形成され、前記開口から前記ブラケットのエッジまで伸びるギャップを有する開口と、前記ブラケットに前記ギャップの両側で共に作用し、これによって前記開口のサイズを減じる機構とを含む、請求項5に記載の取付構造。
- 前記開口が一般に円形の断面を有する、請求項6に記載の取付構造。
- 前記ブラケットに前記開口の両側で共に作用する機構が締結具である、請求項6または7に記載の取付構造。
- 前記締結具がボルトである、請求項8に記載の取付構造。
- 前記締結具が前記ブラケットの孔に配置される、請求項8または9に記載の取付構造。
- 前記孔が、前記取付部品が前記ブラケットに収容される方向に対して実質的に直角に伸びる、請求項10に記載の取付構造。
- 内燃機関と、請求項1から11までの何れか1項に記載の取付構造と、を含む装置であって、前記ブラケットが前記内燃機関に取り付けられ、前記取付部品が前記エンジンマウントにはめ込まれ、前記ブラケットによって収容されて保持される装置。
- 前記エンジンマウントが自動車に取り付けられる、請求項12に記載の装置を含む自動車。
- 前記エンジンが、前記エンジンマウントに上からアクセスさせない構造を含む、請求項13に記載の自動車。
- 請求項14に記載の自動車からエンジンマウントを取り外す方法であって、
a. 前記ブラケットから前記取付部品を解放するように操作可能な前記ブラケットの前記機構に一側からアクセスする工程と;
b. 前記自動車の構造から前記エンジンマウントを解放する工程と;
c. 前記エンジンマウントを前記エンジンから離れるように下げ、前記ブラケットからそれを取り外す工程と、を含む方法。
