Claims (13)
- 車両用の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステムであって、
第2油圧移動ユニットと流体連通した第1油圧移動ユニットを有する油圧回路と、
前記油圧回路と流体連通した高圧油圧蓄圧器及び前記油圧回路と流体連通した低圧油圧蓄圧器と、
を備え、
前記高圧油圧蓄圧器は比例流量制御弁を通って前記油圧回路と流体連通しており、前記比例流量制御弁は、前記高圧油圧蓄圧器と前記油圧回路との間の油圧流体の流れを連続的に変化させる、
直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記油圧回路は、第1メイン流体ライン及び第2メイン流体ラインを有し、
前記第1油圧移動ユニット及び前記第2油圧移動ユニットは、前記第1メイン流体ライン及び前記第2メイン流体ラインを通って互いに流体連通しており、
前記高圧油圧蓄圧器は、第1遮断弁を通って前記第1メイン流体ラインに、及び第2遮断弁を通って前記第2メイン流体ラインに、選択的に流体的に連結される、
請求項1に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記低圧油圧蓄圧器は、第3遮断弁を通って前記第1メイン流体ラインに、及び第4遮断弁を通って前記第2メイン流体ラインに、選択的に流体的に連結される、
請求項2に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記高圧油圧蓄圧器は、前記比例流量制御弁を通って前記第1遮断弁及び前記第2遮断弁に、選択的に流体的に連結される、
請求項2又は3に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前述の複数の遮断弁は、パイロット油圧によって作動されるカートリッジ弁として構成される、
請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前述の複数の遮断弁のそれぞれに、少なくともその遮断弁に作用する最大油圧に等しいパイロット圧を印加する複数の逆止弁をさらに備える、
請求項5に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - パイロット圧を前述の複数の遮断弁に提供するためのパイロット流体ラインをさらに備え、
前記パイロット流体ラインは、第1逆止弁を通って前記高圧油圧蓄圧器と、及び第2逆止弁を通って前記低圧油圧蓄圧器と、第3逆止弁を通って前記第1メイン流体ラインと、第4逆止弁を通って前記第2メイン流体ラインとに流体連通しており、
これにより、前記パイロット流体ラインのパイロット油圧は、少なくとも最大システム圧力に等しい、
請求項2及び6に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記比例流量制御弁は、減圧弁を通って前記パイロット流体ラインにより提供されるパイロット油圧で作動される、
請求項7に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前述の複数の遮断弁のそれぞれの複数の流体ポートのそれぞれは、逆止弁を通ってその遮断弁のパイロットボアと流体連通しており、
これにより、その遮断弁に作用する前記最大油圧がその遮断弁用にパイロット圧として使用される、
請求項6に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記第2油圧移動ユニット及び前述の複数の遮断弁のうち、少なくとも1つから前記第1油圧移動ユニットを選択的に流体的に切り離すための複数の隔離弁をさらに備える、
請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 特に、前記複数の隔離弁が、前記第2油圧移動ユニット及び前述の複数の遮断弁のうち、少なくとも1つから前記第1油圧移動ユニットを流体的に切り離すとき、
前記第1油圧移動ユニットの第1流体ポートを前記第1油圧移動ユニットの第2流体ポートに、選択的に流体的に直接連結するバイパス弁をさらに備える、
請求項10に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記高圧油圧蓄圧器と流体連通した第1圧力安全弁、及び、前記低圧油圧蓄圧器と流体連通した第2圧力安全弁のうち少なくとも1つをさらに備える、
請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の直列油圧式ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記高圧油圧蓄圧器と流体連通した第1電気安全弁、及び、前記低圧油圧蓄圧器と流体連通した第2電気安全弁のうち少なくとも1つをさらに備え、
これらの電気安全弁は、特に前記車両が電源を切られたとき、前記高圧油圧蓄圧器及び前記低圧油圧蓄圧器のうち少なくとも1つから選択的に圧力を抜くためのものである、
