Abstract
Description
本開示は医療装置に関し、より詳しくは、取り外し可能な先端部を有する医療用ニードル、ニードル先端部の取り付け並びに取り外し方法、および、その装置に関する。
[背景]
腫瘍患者、血液透析患者、および、血液病患者等の医療患者は、頻繁な輸液治療、および/または、流体抽出治療を被る。輸液治療は、薬物(例えば、医薬品、治療薬)、体液(例えば、血液)、栄養分、対照的な作用剤、透析流体、および、その他の液体組成物を身体に送るが、その一方で、流体抽出治療は、透析流体、体液(例えば、静脈切開の一部としての血液)、および、その他の液体組成物等の流体を、身体から取り除く。輸液治療および流体抽出治療は、透析等の流体交換治療の一部であり得る。
[概要]
埋め込まれた血管アクセスポートへのアクセスは、皮膚を通ってアクセスポート内部から、特に取り外し可能な閉鎖先端部を備える中空ニードルを延ばすことにより行われてもよい。取り外し可能な閉鎖先端部は、ポートが使用されていない間、体液の進入に対してニードル管膣を閉鎖状態にしておいてもよい。ニードルが一旦皮膚を通って上昇すると(貫通すると)、取り外し可能な閉鎖先端部は、患者内への流体注入、および/または、医学診断および/または治療処理の一部としての患者からの流体抽出のため、その管膣へアクセスするために外されてもよい。患者の感染の可能性を低減するために、そのようなニードル先端部は、無菌先端部と取り替えられてもよい。
少なくとも1実施例において、前記ニードル先端部に付与された吸引の力による前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の前記取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように、前記ニードル先端部受器は構成されてもよい。
少なくとも1実施例において、治療の方法が提供され、その方法は、ニードルがホストの皮膚の下から前記ホストの前記皮膚を通って延びるように、前記ホストの前記皮膚の下に位置した前記ニードルを延ばすことと、そこにおいては、前記ニードルは、前記ホストの前記皮膚の下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートに結合され、前記ニードルは、ニードルシャフトに固定された第1の取り外し可能ニードル先端部を含み、前記ニードルの管膣を露出するために、前記ニードルシャフトから前記第1の取り外し可能ニードル先端部を第1ニードル先端部ツールで取り外すことと、前記ニードルの前記管膣を介して前記ホストへ治療を施すことと、前記第1の取り外し可能ニードル先端部または第2の取り外し可能ニードル先端部を、第1ニードル先端部ツールまたは第2ニードル先端部ツールで前記ニードルシャフトに取り付けることと、前記ホストの前記皮膚の下に前記ニードルを退避させることと、を含む。

Claims (21)
- 医療装置は、先の尖った閉鎖された端を有する少なくとも1つのニードル先端部と、
前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部をニードルシャフトに取り付けるように構成された少なくとも1つのツールと、を備え、前記ツールは、近位端および遠位端を有するツールボディと、前記ツールの前記遠位端に位置するニードル先端部ホルダとを含み、前記ニードル先端部ホルダは、前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように構成された医療装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部および前記少なくとも1つのツールは、殺菌された医療装置キットの部品である、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部は、確実で機械的な係合接続により、前記ニードルシャフトに固定できる、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記の確実で機械的な係合接続は、ねじ接続を含む、請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部は、前記ニードルシャフトの一部分を収容するためにニードルシャフト受器を含み、
前記ニードルシャフト受器はニードルシャフト受器ねじを含み、
前記ニードルシャフトはニードルシャフトねじを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部は、前記ニードル先端部の前記ニードルシャフト受器ねじが前記ニードルシャフトの前記ニードルシャフトねじと螺合することにより、前記ニードルシャフトに固定できる、請求項4に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ニードル先端部ホルダは、前記ニードル先端部を受容するように構成されたニードル先端部受器を含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部受器は、前記ニードル先端部の噛合部分と噛み合うように構成された噛合部分を含む、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ツールが回転の長手軸の回りに回転する時、前記ニードル先端部受器および前記ニードル先端部の両方が、回転の前記長手軸の回りに回転するように、前記ニードル先端部受器の前記噛合部分は、前記ニードル先端部の前記噛合部分と噛み合うように構成された、請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部受器の前記噛合部分は、多角形の形状を有し、前記ニードル先端部の前記噛合部分は、前記ニードル先端部受器の前記多角形状の内側に嵌合する多角形の形状を有する、請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の前記取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように、前記ニードル先端部ホルダの前記ニードル先端部受器は構成されている、請求項6に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部が形成された確実で機械的な係合接続による前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の前記取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように、前記ニードル先端部受器は構成されている、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部は、ニードル先端部ねじを含み、前記ニードル先端部受器は、ニードル先端部受器ねじを含み、前記の確実で機械的な係合は、前記ニードル先端部ねじのニードル先端部受器ねじとの螺合によって形成される、請求項11に記載の医療装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部は、少なくとも1つのニードル先端部隆起、および/または、少なくとも1つのニードル先端部溝を含み、
前記ニードル先端部受器は、少なくとも1つのニードル先端部受器隆起、および/または、少なくとも1つのニードル先端部受器溝を含み、
前記の確実で機械的な係合は、前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部隆起と前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部受器溝との確実で機械的な係合、および/または、前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部溝と前記少なくとも1つのニードル先端部受器隆起との係合によって形成される、請求項11に記載の医療装置。 - 前記の確実で機械的な係合は、前記ツールの長手軸を横切る平面において前記ニードル先端部受器の一部分に重なる前記の少なくとも1つのニードル先端部の一部分によって形成される、請求項11に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部により形成された摩擦嵌合接続による前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように前記ニードル先端部受器は構成されている、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部受器は、弾性変形可能部材を含み、
前記ニードル先端部が前記ニードル先端部受器内にある時、前記摩擦嵌合接続は、前記弾性変形可能部材の弾性変形によって形成される、請求項15に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ニードル先端部に付与された磁力による前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の前記取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように、前記ニードル先端部受器は構成されている、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部受器は磁石を含み、
前記ニードル先端部は磁性材料を含む、請求項17に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ニードル先端部に付与された吸引の力による前記ニードルシャフトへの前記ニードル先端部の前記取り付けの間、前記ニードル先端部を保持するように、前記ニードル先端部受器は構成されている、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ニードル先端部受器は、吸引発生装置による吸引がなされる吸引通路と流体連通している、請求項19に記載の医療装置。
- ニードルがホストの皮膚の下から前記ホストの前記皮膚を通って延びるように、前記ホストの前記皮膚の下に位置した前記ニードルを延ばすことと、そこにおいては、前記ニードルは、前記ホストの前記皮膚の下に埋め込まれたアクセスポートに結合され、前記ニードルは、ニードルシャフトに固定された第1の取り外し可能ニードル先端部を含み、
前記ニードルの管膣を露出するために、前記ニードルシャフトから前記第1の取り外し可能ニードル先端部を第1ニードル先端部ツールで取り外すことと、
前記ニードルの前記管膣を介して前記ホストへ治療を施すことと、
前記第1の取り外し可能ニードル先端部または第2の取り外し可能ニードル先端部を、第1ニードル先端部ツールまたは第2ニードル先端部ツールで前記ニードルシャフトに取り付けることと、
前記ホストの前記皮膚の下に前記ニードルを退避させることと、を含む治療の方法。
