Claims (23)
- 椎骨内整復システムにおいて、
椎骨内空間内に骨組織に接した状態で互いに隣接して配置可能な複数の整復要素であって、椎骨内空間に順に配置されると互いに作用し合い、それによって海綿骨組織を圧迫して外向きの矯正力を当該椎骨内空間内に働かせ椎体を復旧し、当該複数の整復要素を貫いて伸張する接続要素によって互いに連結されている、複数の整復要素と、
前記複数の整復要素の前記椎骨内空間内における術後維持及び安定化のために、当該椎骨内空間の当該複数の整復要素の周りに配置可能な材料と
を備える、システム。 - 前記材料は、流動性の硬化性材料である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の整復要素は、それぞれ球形状を有している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の整復要素は、PMMA、分解吸収性ポリマー、及び水酸化カルシウムから成る群より選択ざれた材料で構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の整復要素の少なくとも一部は、隣接する整復要素間の係合を容易にする外表面造作を有している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外表面造作は平面を含んでいる、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記外表面造作は窪みを含んでいる、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記材料は、前記窪みに配置可能である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記外表面造作は、前記整復要素を貫通して伸張する空洞を含んでいる、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記材料は、PMMA及び分解吸収性骨セメントから成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記椎骨内空間に隣接して配置可能な送出部材を更に備えており、
前記送出部材は、前記複数の整復要素及び前記材料を前記椎骨内空間に送出するための通路を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記材料は、前記送出部材の通路を通して前記複数の整復要素が椎骨内空間に送出された後、当該送出部材の当該通路を通して当該複数の整復要素の周りに配置される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 椎骨内整復システムにおいて、
椎骨内空間に配置可能な少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素であって、直線状の挿入形態を有しており、当該挿入形態に対して横方向に変形可能であって、椎骨内空間内で変形すると、当該椎骨内空間内の容積分を実質的に埋めて椎体内の海綿骨組織を圧迫し、前記椎体に外向きの矯正力をかける、少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの整復要素の前記椎骨内空間内での術後維持と安定化を図るために、前記閉鎖された容積内で前記少なくとも1つの整復要素の周りに配置可能な材料と
を備える、システム。 - 前記材料は、流動性の硬化性材料である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素は、前記椎骨内空間内でアコーディオン様形状に折り重なることにより変形する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素は、前記椎骨内空間内で螺旋状に巻くことにより変形する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素は、形状記憶合金材料(SMA)で構成されている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素は、半剛体のエラストマー及びばね金属から成る群より選択された材料から形成される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細長い整復要素は、前記直線状の挿入形態では互いに沿って伸張する一対の整復要素で構成され、前記一対の整復要素は前記椎骨内空間に挿入されると互いから離れる方向に変形する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記材料は、PMMA及び分解吸収性骨セメントから成る群より選択される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記椎骨内空間に隣接して配置可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの整復要素及び前記材料を前記椎骨内空間へ送り込むための通路を含んでいる送出部材を更に備えている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記材料は、前記送出部材の通路を通して前記少なくとも1つの整復要素が椎骨内空間に送出された後、当該送出部材の当該通路を通して当該少なくとも1つの整復要素の周りに配置される、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記送出部材は、前記少なくとも1つの整復要素を前記直線状の挿入形態に制限し、前記少なくとも1つの整復要素は、前記送出部材の遠位端を出ると変形可能である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
