Claims (15)
- 第1ハウジング部分(150)と第2ハウジング部分(160)とを有する、車両シート用調節機構(100)のための機構ハウジング(140)であって、
前記第1ハウジング部分(150)の第1円筒状セグメント(155)と前記第2ハウジング部分(160)の第2円筒状セグメント(165)が、軸(A)の方向に延びるスピンドル(4)を通すことができる円筒状部分(170)を形成するように対として互いに支え合い、互いに反対向きの前記軸(A)に対する半径方向において、2つのハウジング部分(150、160)は2つのばねクリップ(180)によって互いに対して固定されることを特徴とする、機構ハウジング(140)。 - 前記機構ハウジング(140)は、前記軸(A)を中心に回転させることができるスピンドルナット(105)と前記スピンドルナット(105)を駆動するウォーム(107)のための収容空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)が前記機構ハウジング(140)の円筒状部分(170)の周りに係合し、前記円筒状部分(170)は少なくとも2つの円筒状セグメント(155、165)から成り、前記2つの円筒状セグメント(155、165)の各々は前記2つのハウジング部分(150、160)うちの異なるものに一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)はばね用薄板から打ち抜かれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)はばね用線材から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)は平らなU字形の基本形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)はアーチ形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)は波形形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 少なくとも1つのばねクリップ(180)は、ウェブ(182)によって互いに接続されている2つのばね脚部(181)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 前記2つのばね脚部(181)は互いに対して鏡面対称に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 前記2つのばね脚部(181)の少なくとも一方は、前記ウェブ(182)から離れた端部にノーズ(188)を有し、前記ノーズは前記ばねクリップ(180)の取り付け方向と反対方向に前記ばねクリップ(180)を固定することを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 前記2つのばね脚部(181)は前記円筒状部分(170)にある凹部(158、168)に係合することを特徴とする、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 前記2つのばね脚部(181)は、突起領域(156、166)が前記軸(A)を中心とする前記ばねクリップ(180)のねじれを防止するように前記2つのばね脚部(181)の間で突起領域(156、166)を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 前記第1突起(156)及び/又は前記第2突起(166)は前記ばねクリップ(180)と前記機構ハウジング(140)との間で前記取り付け方向における止め具として機能することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
- 前記第1突起(156)及び/又は前記第2突起(166)の半径方向外側の領域が前記ばねクリップ(180)のウェブ(182)に接触することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の機構ハウジング(140)。
