Abstract

Claims (1)
- X線装置であって、
電子を発生させるように構成された電子源と、
前記電子源からの電子を受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つの第1ターゲットであって、前記電子を照射されることに反応して広域スペクトル放射X線を放出する材料を含む前記少なくとも1つの第1ターゲットと、
前記広域スペクトル放射X線の少なくとも一部を受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つの第2ターゲットであって、前記第1ターゲットからの広域スペクトル放射X線による照射に反応して、関心対象に照射するように単色放射X線を放出する材料を含む前記少なくとも1つの第2ターゲットと、
前記関心対象の少なくとも一部の少なくとも1つの画像を少なくとも部分的に形成するため、前記少なくとも1つの第2ターゲットから放出されかつ前記関心対象を通じて送信された前記単色放射X線の少なくとも一部を検出するように配置された少なくとも1つの検出器とを備えるX線装置。
