Abstract
【解決手段】一端が車体側に接続され、他端がサンルーフ側に接続されたフラット電線Wと、フラット電線Wの余長箇所を巻き取る余長吸収機構70とを備え、余長吸収機構70は、レール部材に沿って移動自在に配置されていると共に、余長吸収機構70は、サンルーフ30側のフラット電線Wと車体1側のフラット電線Wを共に巻き取る電線巻き取り部82を有する回転体80と、回転体80をサンルーフ30側のフラット電線Wと車体1側のフラット電線Wを共に巻き付け方向に付勢する渦巻きバネ90とを有する。

Description
図12(a)には、第1変形例の摺動部75Aが示されている。第1変形例の摺動部75Aは、板バネ形状であり、バネ力によってレール部材11の上下内面に接触している。
前記実施形態では、サンルーフ30が調光パネルを有し、調光パネルに給電する場合を説明したが、サンルーフ30への挟み込みを防止するため、サンルーフ30にタッチセンサを設け、このタッチセンサに給電する場合にも本発明は適用できる。タッチセンサが物等を検出した場合には、サンルーフ30の駆動モータを反転させる制御を行う。可動体側の給電対象としては、サンルーフ30に搭載された照明(LED照明)も考えられる。

Claims (6)
- 固定部に固定されたレール部材と、前記レール部材に沿って移動するスライダと、前記スライダに支持された可動体とを備え、前記固定部と前記可動体の一方から他方への給電を行う可動体用給電構造において、
一端が前記固定部側に接続され、他端が前記可動体側に接続された電線と、
前記電線の余長箇所を巻き取る余長吸収機構とを備え、
前記余長吸収機構は、前記レール部材に沿って移動自在に配置されていると共に、
前記余長吸収機構は、前記可動体側の前記電線と前記固定部側の前記電線を共に巻き取る電線巻き取り部を有する回転体と、前記回転体を前記可動体側の前記電線と前記固定部側の前記電線を共に巻き付け方向に付勢する付勢手段とを有することを特徴とする可動体用給電構造。 - 請求項1記載の可動体用給電構造であって、
前記電線巻き取り部には、前記可動体側の前記電線と前記固定部側の前記電線が180度対向位置で固定されていることを特徴とする可動体用給電構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の可動体用給電構造であって、
前記余長吸収機構は、前記回転体を収容するケースを有し、前記ケースには前記レール部材に摺動する摺動部と、前記ケースから前記可動体側の前記電線を引き出す第1電線口と、前記ケースから前記固定部側の前記電線を引き出す第2電線口とが設けられ、
前記第1電線口と前記第2電線口が、前記摺動部に対して同じ高さ位置に配置されていることを特徴とする可動体用給電構造。 - 請求項3に記載の可動体用給電構造であって、
前記第1電線口と前記第2電線口は、前記回転体の回転中心の高さ位置に配置されていることを特徴とする可動体用給電構造。 - 請求項3に記載の可動体用給電構造であって、
前記第1電線口と前記第2電線口は、前記摺動部と同じ高さ位置に配置されていることを特徴とする可動体用給電構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の可動体用給電構造であって、
前記可動体は、サンルーフであることを特徴とする可動体用給電構造。
