前記一対のロール間のクリアランス幅が前記組織状蛋白素材の厚みに対して10〜30
%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組織状蛋白素材の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の製造方法によって製造された組織状蛋白素材を味付け処理し、
乾燥することを特徴とする即席食品用の肉様乾燥蛋白加工食品の製造方法。
