Abstract
【解決手段】医療用デバイス1では、外周被覆部と内周被覆部とが、第一素線24と第二素線26とで囲まれた隙間22において、固着部50で互いに固着されているものの、メッシュ部材20を構成する第一素線及び第二素線の何れにも固着されていない。そのため、メッシュ部材が、径方向に拡張及び収縮する際に、第一素線及び第二素線の動きが環状部材30により阻害されにくく、メッシュ部材の端部21での応力集中が低減され、その結果、メッシュ部材を構成する第一素線又は第二素線の破断を低減することができる。

Claims (4)
- 第一素線と第二素線とが互いに編み込まれ、径方向に拡縮可能なメッシュ部材と、
前記メッシュ部材の少なくとも一方の端部の外周を被覆する外周被覆部と、前記メッシュ部材の前記少なくとも一方の端部の内周を被覆する内周被覆部と、を有する環状部材と、を備え、
前記外周被覆部と前記内周被覆部とは、前記第一素線と前記第二素線とで囲まれた隙間に形成される固着部で互いに固着されている一方、
前記外周被覆部と前記内周被覆部とは、前記第一素線と前記第二素線との何れにも固着されていないことを特徴とする医療用デバイス。 - 前記外周被覆部は、前記固着部に形成された凹部と、前記外周被覆部と前記内周被覆部とが固着していない位置に形成された凸部と、からなる凹凸形状の外周面を有していることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記外周被覆部の前記外周面に固着され、前記環状部材よりも後端方向に延びたシャフトを備えており、
前記シャフトは、少なくとも前記凹部で前記環状部材に固着されていることを特徴とした請求項2に記載の医療用デバイス。 - 前記メッシュ部材の前記一方の端部とは異なる他方の端部の外周を被覆する第二外周被覆部と、前記メッシュ部材の前記他方の端部の内周を被覆する第二内周被覆部と、を有する第二環状部材と、を備え、
前記第二外周被覆部と前記第二内周被覆部とは、前記第一素線と前記第二素線とで囲まれた隙間に形成される第二固着部で互いに固着されている一方、
前記第二外周被覆部と前記第二内周被覆部とは、前記第一素線と前記第二素線との何れにも固着されていないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項に記載の医療用デバイス。
