Claims (4)
- 一方向に螺旋状に巻回された第一素線と、その第一素線と交差する方向に螺旋状に巻回された第二素線とが環状に編み込まれ、径方向に拡縮可能なメッシュ部材と、
そのメッシュ部材の一方の端部の外周を被覆する第1の外周被覆部と、前記メッシュ部材の前記一方の端部の内周を被覆する第1の内周被覆部と、を有する第1の環状部材と、
前記メッシュ部材の他方の端部に固着された先端チップと、
前記第1の環状部材に固着され、前記メッシュ部材とは反対方向に延びたシャフトと、
を備え、
前記第1の外周被覆部及び前記第1の内周被覆部は、前記第一素線及び前記第二素線に沿って配置されるとともに前記第一素線及び前記第二素線によって囲まれた隙間に形成された複数の固着部で固着され、前記第1の外周被覆部及び前記第1の内周被覆部は、前記第一素線及び前記第二素線の何れにも固着されておらず、
前記第一素線及び前記第二素線の各素線は、前記第1の環状部材の領域を除く前記メッシュ部材が前記径方向に拡張する際に、前記第1の外周被覆部と前記第1の内周被覆部との間及び前記複数の固着部間において、前記メッシュ部材の長手方向における前記第一素線と前記第二素線との交差角が大きくなるように移動可能であることを特徴とする医療用デバイス。 - 一方向に螺旋状に巻回された第一素線と、その第一素線と交差する方向に螺旋状に巻回された第二素線とが環状に編み込まれ、径方向に拡縮可能なメッシュ部材と、
そのメッシュ部材の一方の端部の外周を被覆する第1の外周被覆部と、前記メッシュ部材の前記一方の端部の内周を被覆する第1の内周被覆部と、を有する第1の環状部材と、
前記メッシュ部材の他方の端部の外周を被覆する第2の外周被覆部と、前記メッシュ部材の前記他方の端部の内周を被覆する第2の内周被覆部と、を有する第2の環状部材と、
前記第2の環状部材の前記メッシュ部材とは反対側の端部に固着された先端チップと、
前記第1の環状部材に固着され、前記メッシュ部材とは反対方向に延びたシャフトと、
を備え、
前記第1の外周被覆部及び前記第1の内周被覆部、並びに前記第2の外周被覆部及び前記第2の内周被覆部は、前記第一素線及び前記第二素線に沿って配置されるとともに前記第一素線及び前記第二素線によって囲まれた隙間に形成された複数の固着部で固着され、前記第1の外周被覆部及び前記第1の内周被覆部、並びに前記第2の外周被覆部及び前記第2の内周被覆部は、前記第一素線及び前記第二素線の何れにも固着されておらず、
前記第一素線及び前記第二素線の各素線は、前記第1の環状部材の領域及び前記第2の環状部材の領域を除く前記メッシュ部材が前記径方向に拡張する際に、前記第1の外周被覆部と前記第1の内周被覆部との間及び前記複数の固着部間、並びに前記第2の外周被覆部と前記第2の内周被覆部との間及び前記複数の固着部間において、前記メッシュ部材の長手方向における前記第一素線と前記第二素線との交差角が大きくなるように移動可能であることを特徴とする医療用デバイス。 - 前記第1の外周被覆部は、前記固着部に形成された凹部と、前記第1の外周被覆部と前記第1の内周被覆部とが固着されていない位置に形成された凸部と、からなる凹凸形状の外周面を有し、
前記シャフトは、前記凹部で前記第1の環状部材に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療用デバイス。 - 前記シャフトの断面は、楕円形状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
