Claims (13)
- 生体管腔内の物体を切削するための医療デバイスであって、
回転可能な長尺部材と、
前記物体を切削する切削部を有するとともに、前記長尺部材の先端側に配置されて前記長尺部材の回転に伴って回転する回転体と、
前記回転体との間に空間を隔てて、前記回転体の先端側に配置されるガイド部、および、前記ガイド部を支持し、前記長尺部材の軸方向における前記空間の寸法を規定する支持部を備える先端部材と、を有し、
前記ガイド部は、前記先端部材の先端側から視て、前記切削部の一部と重なりつつ前記切削部の一部を露出させる位置に配置されてなり、
前記支持部は、外力が付加されていない状態において、前記回転体の中心位置から前記軸方向に対して交差する高さ方向に偏位した位置に、前記ガイド部の高さ方向の中心位置を配置し、
前記ガイド部は、前記先端部材の先端側から視て、前記回転体の中心位置および前記回転体の周縁の一部と重なるように配置されており、
前記ガイド部と前記回転体は、前記先端部材の先端側から視て、互いに異なる形状を有しており、

前記ガイド部は、前記先端部材の先端側から視て、前記切削部の一部と重なりつつ前記切削部の一部を露出させる位置に配置されてなり、
前記支持部の外周長は、前記回転体の外周長よりも短い、医療デバイス。
- 前記支持部は、外力が付加されていない状態において、前記回転体の中心位置から前記軸方向に対して交差する高さ方向に偏位した位置に、前記ガイド部の高さ方向の中心位置を配置する、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。

前記切削部により切削した前記物体の少なくとも一部を、前記空間を通じて前記回転体の内腔に回収する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記先端部材の先端側から視て、前記ガイド部と前記切削部が周方向に重なる部分の割合は、周方向において前記ガイド部から前記切削部が露出した部分よりも小さい、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記長尺部材の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ、前記回転体の回転に連動して回転することがないように配置されたカバー材をさらに有し、
前記先端部材は、前記回転体の回転に連動して回転することがないように前記カバー材に接続されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記ガイド部および/または前記支持部は、前記物体との接触に伴って前記回転体から離間するように変形可能に構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記先端部材は、一体的に構成された前記ガイド部および前記支持部を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記軸方向に延在する板状の部材で構成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記軸方向と直交する方向に沿う断面が三日月状に湾曲した形状で形成されている、請求項12に記載の医療デバイス。
